April 2023 5* (Pool)Nice swimming pool for kids and adult. If you take membership for the complex it covers both swimming and skating. You can attend public drop-in session. There are plenty of session for public drop in.January 2023 5* (Skating)Visited the ice skating rink with my kids. There are 4 rinks in the Sportsplex and they allow public to use one rink for certain periods.It is better to do booking online as it quickly filled up and there are certain slots only for public use.You may book the entire rink for personal use but the pricing changes according to day and time.There is plenty of parking space available at the Sportsplex.

Some mothers bring their young sons into the women's changing room, even though there is a family changing room designated for that purpose. Unfortunately, the women's changing room lacks private stalls for changing. As your children grow beyond kindergarten age, it's important to teach them to use their own gender-specific changing room or the family changing room.Additionally, it's important to consider the privacy and comfort of other parents who may have daughters in the same age group as your son. They also have a right to use the changing room without feeling uncomfortable or exposed. By teaching your children to respect privacy and use the appropriate changing room, you're not only respecting the needs of others but also helping your children learn about boundaries and privacy.

This facility is under-utilized. Decent facility, easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Very good pro shop with a great vintage puck collection on the walls. I would definitely be getting my skates sharpened here if this were my local rink.

We're there for swimming lessons for our daughter. I like the accessible shower chair and the accessible change room. Too bad there weren't one or two more that size during splash 1 when there are 8 babies. Water temperature is good. Instructors are pleasant but please speak louder or shout so we can hear you :) front desk staff was helpful. See you again soon.

I've been coming here since I was a child. Minor changes have occurred but not much. It has a 3 skating rinks, swimming pool, library, 2 gyms, fitness center, pre school room, lounge rooms, youth room and a basketball court outside. It does need a little revamp but I am sure that will come in time. Customer service, life guards and coaches are friendly and informative. Would recommend this facility to keep the family busy.

Parked on the wrong side where the recreational room was. My companion was in a wheelchair and the elevator was all the way on the other side. There were several hockey games happening, so lots of people and we had to go past several skating arenas. Not easily accessible. However, the recreational room itself was large enough, clean, staff was accommodating, washrooms were clean.

If you like intermediate to intense aqua-fit, Susan Fennell has the best aqua-fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Great workout and lots of fun, it's a must try.

Large sport center for skating and hockey ice sports. Not the best but good enough. It would be better with some renovations and repainting.

Clean and well maintained recreational center. My kids go for swimming class here, the pool area is properly heated during winter which is very good for kids to get into the water without having to worry about the cold. Change room is nice and clean. Plenty of parkings available. Highly recommend!!
