Exquisite Blooms

We called to have a presentation bouquet delivered to a friend for their graduation. They sent the wrong style (round bouquet) and delivered the bouquet dry without any water source. Seriously?The owner of the store when we called with comments said that it was up to the recipient to recut the flowers after 5 hours and put them into a vase. This is after we explained again that the person was using the flowers to pose for photos after a long day and that there was no water source available.The roses flopped after a while (maybe due to the lack of water?) and the bouquet was generally falling apart. Not impressed. The recipient was not happy with that.I would recommend using another florist in the area that other hotels use. I heard Mood Moss Flowers in Ottawa is good. There's also Scrims florist in the area.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I have ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. PLEASE NOTE: I have placed an order a few days in advance, just to make sure they arrive on Mother's Day. It's Mothers Day and the flowers are not there.... I have waited until 5 pm and their customer service rep Emily has lied that the flowers will be there by 8 pm. MOTHERS DAY IS OVER BY THEN. It's 8 pm and my Mother still did not receive her flowers. I couldn't get in touch with someone at this point. Next morning, their representative has advised us that they had to cancel the deliveries at 10 pm as they thought IT WAS TOO LATE". Don't you think you should've let us know at least??? MY MOTHERS DAY was ruined because of YOU!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Next day...flowers are nowhere to be found.....it's disgusting!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

Love this place!!! Although currently being serviced from the 3-2000 Thurston location since the COVID shutdowns, still worth the slight drive.

Bit of a shame as I normally would've given a better rating. This used to be where I went for flowers. I now live further out but still decided to come here to get roses for an occasion. Their information online isn't very clear as they have another Google maps location for their pickup service. However, the name doesn't mention that so it looks like just their regular store. It says they open at 9 so I went to get flowers and they were closed (says on the door they open at 10). An employee saw me and I tried to explain to her that online it said they were open and that I'd driven a far way to get there in the hopes she can perhaps sell me flowers 30 minutes early so my trip wouldn't be a complete waste of time. She didn't really listen, just stared at me blankly and just said we're open at 10

Great selection and service. I'm always amazed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. My number one choice for flowers downtown.

Very impressed with the service I received at this flower shop!! I told the manager about how bad my luck was with flowers but wanted something for my desk... she recommended different plants for my office space. She was considerate of my space, the lighting, and the care I was willing to provide before spending my money... she was fantastic!!Two weeks ago, my best friend was having a rough week so I ordered a fresh arrangement from this shop. She called me today to tell me they are still just as fresh as the day she received them and is very pleased with them!! I'm shocked... but very impressed with this shop!!
