Chuck, Neil, Shelby and the guys in the back are first class and honest to their core.I have been happy to recommend them to family, friends and neighbours who are new to the area.I appreciate that they take extra precaution to keep the interior from picking up any grease stains, and they have always been fair with invoicing.

Oh my Word….. I have been in Ajax since 1999. First met this bunch when they were located on Bayly. Let’s say this about Precision. Great staff top too bottom. Work that doesn’t need to be done yet… isn’t done. The total opposite of your Dealership Service experience. Not sure how else to explain, but once you have a “Mechanic” you trust you are more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Precision Auto are those folks!! Word®️™️

The reviews on this business say it all. No sense repeating. If anything, you could amplify 5x, and they might get there. Chuck, Neil and the team are phenomenal. No upsell, prompt, courteous, all with fantastic service. Been there many many years, and will be there many more. Sent friends and family over the years, and they all agree. Friendly staff that tells you the problems straight up and very reasonable prices. I always come here for my vehicle maintenance even after moving to Oshawa. I find it well worth the drive to Ajax.

These guys are amazing, and super honest! We've been going to them for 7+ years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yesterday I brought in my Caravan to have a look and they told me to scrap it, engine was done. I asked how much, and Neil said We don't charge for bad news"...LMAO. Seriously

I have never trusted a mechanic like I do this place. They are very fair and honest. They will advise if something needs to be done or has to be watched/ can wait. Their quotes are accurate as well.

I came here during my break-time and Neil even offered to shuttle me back to work. My engine light was on, and he had it cleared and diagnosed within 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and he didn't asked for any payments. I can tell that he is an honest business man. I will definitely come back here again. Thank You Neil.
