Cars Inc. o/a Crowfoot Brake and Muffler

I called in with a muffler that broke off and they got me in an hour later and got it fixed up in no time flat. Bob was very personable and showed me the work and what needed to be done. Friendly, knowledgeable, great prices; I would recommend them!

Guy sitting at the front have no sense to talk. I drove 40 KM one way to get the inspection done. I tried to called them that I will be late by 20 min. They did not answer my call and when I reach there, they have already got someone else car and asked me to wait for 4 hours. If they have picked up the call, I wouldn't have left only. Instead he tried to blame me for that. Even they should have contacted me if I am coming or not since I have booked an appointment with them. Not recommended only by this, all the best for the people who actually get service from them.

CARS INC. DAMAGES MY 1988 BMW M5, REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITYI dropped my car off for what I hoped would be a routine safety inspection for insurance (it’s an older car, but in mint condition, runs well). One-to-two hours tops. There were a couple items they needed to replace, e.g., front light bulb. After several hours, I call them, no answer. Call again, no answer. Then towards the end of the day, they call me and cryptically say, “There is a wiring issue. We need to keep the car overnight. But we will keep it inside.” Um, OK. Next day, they call me and say the car is ready. Friend drives me up and upon arriving I see the left rear passenger window is smashed. I ask the general manager, Bob, how it happened, and he denies it’s their responsibility. Really?! I speak with the owner, Daryll McLean, and just repeats the same line, adding “We can recommend a glass repair shop. You should call your insurance company.” I call the Calgary Police and they send an officer to take my statement and reason with Daryll and Bob.(In retrospect, what I suspect happened is there was an accident in the shop resulting in the rear window getting smashed, they figured that denying responsibility was better (for them) than paying for their mistake. Disappointing.)In the end, I got a $600 inspection bill (yes, they padded it) and a broken window that I now need to pay to replace. My advice: Steer clear of this shop. No honour, no honesty, and plenty of risk to your car.(I'll recorded a video of the damage, which I'll post a link to later.)...And by the way, the response from Cars Inc. is a lie. They had “possession” of my car the moment I left them the keys (in good faith, right?) with the car parked in front of their shop. When they called me back several times that day and the next (for a routine inspection) they never mentioned the broken window. Strange, right? And the claim they offered to consult _their_ insurance? They denied everything and offered nothing. Apart from their erroneous reply to my honest, accurate, if unflattering review, Cars Inc. never tried to contact me or make any effort to make amends. Steer clear.

I have always had a great experience at Cars! I have been taking my van here for a few years now and they always sneak me in right away! I have always felt their rates are fair, they are fast and Bob is a pleasure to deal with! Definitely recommend!

Brought in my vehicle for repairs to two blown tires (thanks Calgary for the massive pothole) as well as an issue with the wiper fluid not working. They were able to fix the tires, but the rims were toast. Repair was done quickly, reasonable price and no charge to fix the loose hose in the wiper fluid system. Thanks !

I made an appointment to have my muffler looked at, and replaced if possible. My own shop refused to do it since it's an older car, and a Saturn, claiming you can't get a muffler for it. Bob stated on the phone that they likely could fix it. I brought it in, they took it back, on time, fixed it perfectly with a new universal muffler and adjustments made to fit it. The price was under 400.00 dollars. Bob was beyond friendly. The shop is super clean and organized. I recommend this shop to everyone! I think I have a new mechanic! Thank you guys!!!!

I called at 10:30am to see if they could take a look at my car today. Bob was able to schedule me in for 1pm. I arrived to drop off the car, they diagnosed the issue (broken exhaust sleeve) in 15 minutes and had it repaired by 2:45pm. I'm thrilled. No sales pitch, no additional unsolicited recommended work granted my car is 20 years old and has a litany of small issues they could have easily bugged me about.Very happy with my experience and I will gladly use them again for any future work.

Its been great dealing with Bob. The guy works so hard and honest which are rare nowadays. i wouldnt trust my SUV anywhere else.

Had very fast next day service for a pipe that fell off the proximal end of the muffler. The repair looks very strong and 'worked'. I waited several weeks before writing my review. I enjoyed talking to the manger while I waited for the repair. They told me 1 hour and had it done in 45 min.

I was referred to this shop by another business. ( It's nice when business work together) I had 2 tires replaced balanced and an alignment. I just bought a new/used vehicle.These guys were absolutely Terrific.I've had a lot of cars and used a few shops in my day, and the whole team was terrific. Prices were great and it was a complete and job well done.The customer service and sincerity here are a welcome relief.Thanks for taking great care of me and my vehicle. I look forward to bringing my other vehicles to you.
