Got charged 18.99 for a Treatzzza Pizza that looked a mess. The day before I bought the Skor one in a Milton location I paid 16.49! Shouldn't the price be the same across all locations?I also originally asked for a Skor one to be put on hold and it barely had any toppings at all! And there were none left I had no other choice but to choose a smartie (which looked like toppings were just dumped on). This was for a birthday and it was very disappointing. We order the Treatzzza PIzzas every year for this birthday from the other locations and they look like how they are presented on the website. So for the quality and price discrepancy I will not be returning to this location and suggest you find another as well.

This is a DQ worth avoiding.Where do I begin? The state of disrepair the interior was in would have led me to believe this place has gone out of business years ago.As soon as you walk in, directly to your left, you'll see a sectioned off area that appears to have been home to a freezer section time ago. Now it just looked like a mess.The lighting was non-existent save for some light at the front cash out counter. It was dark and dingy. Dank.There were two staff working" and I used quotations because they were just chatting to each other. Neither one of the two greeted me. I took a minute or two to decide what I wanted before I had to literally interrupt them to speak my order.What I wanted was a small cherry sundae. A classic. But they were out of the cherry flavouring which was a disappointment so I settled on caramel.You can see my caramel sundae in the picture and it looks decent enough. It took the employee all of 15 seconds to prepare my sundae which I'm sure made them happy to return to their conversation that I had interrupted by being a customer. Cost just a touch over $5. What is this world coming to?I hastily ate my sundae. Used the restroom which was also a disaster and left. DQ corporate should look into this restaurant and maybe reconsider some things."

When you need a DQ dipped cone or blizzard, it's fine to go to this spot. It is very small inside. They don't accept the points app as well. They made our ice creams 'ok'. We got the Poolside slushy and it's extremely sour.

Ordered a brownie blizzard and a banana split. The blizzard was melted and was extremely sweet. Tasted like sugar. The banana split fruits were still frozen. Poor quality of food and the inside of the place is very run down.

Came in for the burgers. Ordered the backyard ranch meal (combo 3 on the menu). Double beef patty, ranch sauce and bbq sauce I think, onion rings.Food was slightly pricey. Has an outdoor patio for the warmer weather.

Love Dairy Queen, don't like this location. I arrived at 7PM on a Thursday to get food for the family only to be told they had stopped serving food because they were not busy". The adult that told me this looked at me like I was dense to even show up and ask for food at...a place that serves food

The staff is rude, and portion sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered a medium sundae and added pecans to it and when they gave me my ice cream it appeared smaller than usual. I’ve never had a medium size that horribly portioned. I then politely informed the staff about the sizing, because I had previously purchased a medium from the same store a few days prior, and it was significantly larger, and they had done nothing to address it. As well as their attitude was absurdly rude and nasty. It was a complete rip off as I nearly payed $8.00. If I could rate this a 0, I would.

Tried the food at DQ for the first time and I gotta say… I will stick to their soft serve. My kids complained that the burgers were super dry (they had the deluxe cheese burger). I had the mushroom and it was super salty and patty was dry. Fries were mediocre but at least crispy. Onion rings were done well but on the greasy side, but gotta say they were the best rings we have had in awhile. Their pop was flat (there was no carbonation). The ladies as the cash were super nice, can’t say anything bad about their service! Honestly, stick with their soft serve but definitely skip their burgers.

DQ is fun to visit, love it. But this location is missing out one crucial element. Friendly customer service. If a child walks in to buy an ice cream a rude staff ruining the whole thing for the child is not good.

They didnt serve the blizzard upside down like they were suppose to , and i know why . The second we got it it was all melted and soupy, my three year old instantly saw it and said it was soup and didnt want anything to do with it. It was lacking mixins and the service was mediocre.The place is just in need of a facelift as well. Will not be visiting this location again
