Good food and a nice atmosphere.Went here on a date and it turned out to be a great place for such things. Not too bright, but not too dark, with a very cozy aesthetic. The food was great and the service even better. It was slightly loud when I was there, but it was also a Saturday night so there were lost of groups present. All in all I'd definitely come back here sometime and as a newer resident of Guelph, it's made a great first impression on me.

Great food and great service. My wife and I went for dinner on Wednesday night and our server Olivia was wonderful. She was attentive and kind. My wife got the fish tacos, and I ordered the Shepard's pie, both delicious. We were too full for dessert but our server suggested the sticky toffee pudding and we were glad that she did. Will be back

I would give 0 stars if I could! Worst dinning experience in a very long time. Service was horrible, waited for our drinks for about 30-40 min, it was dead. Our food was ok, nachos has hardly any toppings and no queso. Hubby only had chicken tenders so...I wasn't offered another drink after the first one was messed up. My daughter wasn't offered a kids option or a refill. She was done her first drink and coloured everything well before our order was taken. We were never asked how our meal was. Most of the tables were left dirty for the whole time we were there.

Great experience!Came in with my spouse after 2 years of not doing dine in anywhere, since covid, and everything went perfectly.We ordered a criss cross fry with nacho toppings and I was blown away by the flavor. The crunchiness of the fries, the heat from the peppers, the bacon, and cheese sauce were all on point.We also had 2 onion soups which were very fresh and full of flavor.We also ordered 2 drinks, both had a great amount of sweetness and booze but not overly sweet.The staff were very welcoming and friendly.I'll definitely be back. Went there for my birthday! Food was great! It was busy however our food arrived hot and fast. The Elora Three Fields Lager on draft was wonderful with a almost floral smell and flavour. I would definitely have it again!

Not impressed. We reserved for a team dinner in advance and sent in our preorders. We did not get our food until 2 hours after our reservation time. No complaints to the wait staff…..but do not agree to take a team if you do not have the ability to serve them in a timely manner. Paid full price for restaurant food just to eat it in the car…not to mention that kids were starving. Also, we did not get the side salad we ordered.

Used to be a regular here, staff were amazing, service was great, but it's gone downhill significantly over the past year or so.Went in on Saturday, waited 20 minutes before someone came to take our order, 40 minutes before we got our drinks, and after an hour and 15 minutes we still hadn't received our food so decided to simply pay and leave. Lo and behold, our food was ready. We took it to-go and it was cold. I suspect it had been sitting for some time.This wasn't our first poor experience here in recent months. I assume there's been a change in management or something because the culture has completely changed.Will likely not return, which is a shame, I used to love this place :(

Waited 20 minutes and never once saw a server. Only one other table on the patio and they were complaining about the service as well. Eventually brought our order to the bar and offered to bring the drinks back to our table for them. 10 minutes later the bartender still hadn’t started making our drinks so we left. Will never go back. Perhaps it will continue to run itself into the ground and we will get a new chain restaurant there soon.Despite being busy, Beertown squeezed us onto the patio and we had drinks in 5 minutes.
