Great experience working with Craig. He has the qualities that I would like all my contractors to have: attentive, competent, honest, fair, and pleasant. I will certainly be contacting him again when the need arises.

What great service from this company. I had called last week and spoke to owner Craig.Explaining i needed basically and inspection for changing home insurance. (Have copper and aluminum in house) he was great at explainging likely WHAT their looking for (was only directed by broker to get a certificate that all is good)When Jess the electrician came out he was so great at going over things with me. Explaining the basic reasoning for Pigtailing, why its so important to use the right plugs/switches for the wires that we have at that box. Even giving an honest breakdown of what repairs NEED to be done and ruffly the amount of time it would take to complete it.When were ready to complete those repairs i will for sure be calling Craig to book it with them.

Craig and Kyle were great, extremely professional, they worked really hard, and they did an amazing job! We will use them again and we highly recommend you to use them as well!!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Craig and his crew. The job I needed done wasn't anything fancy, just a WiFi enabled garage door opener but from start to finish dealing with PES was wonderful.The tech to come out for the initial consult, Ryan, was very punctual and they were actually able to fit me in earlier than anticipated. Very clear in answering all my questions and provided some excellent suggestions with how to proceed with my project.Based on this I was very comfortable going ahead with Craig for the actual install itself and again my expectations were met and exceeded at every turn. Punctual again with excellent communication. Answered all my questions regarding the equipment, made sure to highlight any and all important details, and made themselves available for follow up if necessary.Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat for any electrical work/projects you may have and personally am glad to be able to call on them for any electrical needs I may have in the future!

Professional Electrical Services truly stand by its name in every sense. Craig, the owner one of the most patient, understanding, attentive and accommodative people I've ever seen or heard of. He along with his apprentice Kyle, make sure that every job, no matter the size is executed to perfection and most importantly to the clients' satisfaction and beyond. They undertook a renovation project for me, which involved some complex light fixtures and electric switches and the level of detail they put it into it was unreal! They ensured no damage was done to my newly finished basement whilst they were navigating running new wiring from the floor above, which every other person around us thought was impossible. The key to their service is Care for the Customer". I did not have to tell them to do something a certain way

I recently landscaped my backyard and needed new wires run to my shed, Craig ran an underground Teck cable out to my shed, recommended interior LED light bar and exterior pot lights, they look fantastic. We also ran additional outside outlets for my deck and landscape lighting. Craig was professional, took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the right solutions to meet my needs. I would definitely call Craig again for any electrical services.

Dealing with Craig and his staff was the best experience I've had yet, with any service provider. He and his team were always very courteous, responsive and thorough. His tech Dane, was very helpful and always willing to explain and answer questions. I called on them for the electrical scope/portion of a kitchen reno and ended up adding a few other items to the list. There were very accommodating, as my list grew :)I would definitely call them for any future work and highly recommend their services. They go the extra mile to help the customer. Kudos to Craig and his team for setting the bar so high ..... everyone else now pales in comparison.
