HB Hair Salon

I had an okay experience at hbhair. There was a bit of a communication issue even though I went with a friend who spoke Korean fluently. I didn't have a reference photo, which was my fault, so the haircut that I got was extremely uneven. I felt very rushed by my hairstylist and whenever I tried to ask for something like my hair cut shorter she wouldn't do it. I also asked to see how the back of my head looked before I left to make sure it was even, but wasn't given a mirror or shown how it looked from the back. I like half my haircut, so I'm going to go to a different hairsalon to see if they can even it out.

Had a great experience here and the did an amazing job at recolouring! Overall really great but majority/all stylists speak Korean or Mandarin(?) with okay English and it was a little hard at times with communication. Small talk was fine but I was a bit worried that they didn’t understand what I wanted my end result to be. During consultation, I showed a photo and we talked a bit about it but then they consulted with each other in Korean so I was kind of out of the loop. It would be really helpful for future sessions if they kind of give updates during process because there were a lot of moments where their techniques were different than what I was used to seeing from other stylist so some things didn’t “look right”, really had to trust the process lol

Koreans what a disaster. They are so money hungry ignorant and very dumb business people. Stay away from this joke of a place. No sense of business. No sense of customer service. It's engrained in there blood to charge for everything single thing. They don't know how to do something extra or a favour for a customer. Everything is money money money. Lol hahah. Horrible hair stylists too especial owner very stuck up snotty.

my friend received a service in HB hair salon and it looks complete disaster. Based on this experience, I would never consider going to this salon. It’s best to find a different salon that can deliver better outcomes.

I recently visited HB hair for keratine, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. They told me that keratine will only last two months which I accepted but today is the 4th day after my keratine and looks no difference than what it was before!! I had keratine experience couple years ago and I can say it was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and experties to handle this treatment.

HB Salon is a fantastic place if you would like to get any hair service done! They maintained great communication and were very accommodating with our last minute requests. The stylists are so welcoming and kind, making it a comfortable experience. They are also very talented… their work exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend them enough!

Bad vibes by the owner and they treat you based on your clothes. They will treat you well if you wear fancy clothes but the opposite if you are wearing comfortable clothes. 2* since haircut wasn't terrible

I got a haircut and dyed my hair purple in a secret two-tone color style. I'm very satisfied with the color and the overall experience at HB Hair! Also, the staff are very friendly :))
