Bonnie leads an amazing yoga class. I always leave class feeling energized and refreshed. As a registered yoga teacher myself I admire her knowledge and dedication to being a life long learner. Her style is genuine, authentic and down to earth.I also love seeing Bonnie for my regular massage therapy. The “Zen Den” is cozy and inviting. I appreciate the heated massage table and weighted blanket she has added to her service. If you haven’t tried adding cupping to your massage I encourage you to give it a try. For me, cupping provides an extra layer to my massage that gets into those tight and chronically sore spots. Bonnie listens my needs and adjusts each treatment to my current health concerns. Thank you Bonnie for all you do!!

Bonnie is a gentle spirit with a warm soul. She has a calming presence and every moment of her yoga practice is met with peace and tranquility. She communicates well and makes you feel very comfortable no matter what level you are at. Bonnie is knowledgeable and her practice is a perfect mix of strength, flow, breathing, and relaxation. I highly recommend Bonnie. She is the best!

I found my way to Bonnie through a referral from my previous massage therapist, who moved away . Although I was sad to lose a part of my care team that I had been with for almost 7 years, I could not be more thrilled to have added Bonnie to the team. I was impressed from the very first couple of minutes at how thoughtful, skilled, and passionate about wellness and the overall health of her clients she is. I appreciate that she not only works with me to address my needs each appointment, but understands my desire for holistic health and appreciates my curiosities and adding to my wellness. As a part of that, I often leave with a couple of extra yoga poses or stretches to keep working on trouble spots at home since she knows that is something that is important in my wellness practices. Not only is Bonnie wonderful as she is with the most beautiful energy, she continues to add to her own toolkit to bring new techniques and practices to her clients as well.
