First time getting insight extermination to come, and I appreciated how easy it was to book the appointment to my first servicing with Phin. I live in the country near water so there were many areas where ants, spiders and larger insects can seep in everywhere to get into my house. Lots of ant hills in the garden too.Phin was so thorough, and helpful with tips I can do. Really appreciate, thanks Phin!

Ridge showed up yesterday to spray & protect our place for the quarter. Service was quick and thorough, and he was very personable and helpful, able to answer all the questions we had. He was able also give us a hand with a chipmunk that's set up a mining operation under the front steps, for which we're very grateful.

The technician Simon had the first visit today. I can describe him polite, punctual and professional. He took care of all items we had in our contract plus a couple of other things that I just remembered as we checked together around the house. He explained me how those products work. The company seems professional in terms of deep knowledge about the subject and different products they use.

Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Did a great job explaining what was going to be done. One word of caution, I was told the cancellation fee was $100, when I had to cancel my contract, I was then told it was $210 by the customer service rep. I had no written proof on the papers I received. Get it in writing.

Excellent service!!! The technician Joash was knowledgeable, very polite, friendly and explained everything he was doing, was not rushed at all.At the end of the day I received a report explaining everything that was done. I didn't know what to expect when I hired them but I'm so glad I did. Would definitely recommend them.
