Love these guys! Real rye, actually made properly from 100% Ontario rye. No corn or barleyLooking forward to trying out a couple more from their selection this time..Classy bottles, cool staff, good vibes all around. My new favorite liquor!

Very nice location with a beautiful property. The tour was very interesting and we learned a lot. The tasting was great and was able to try some pretty interesting flavours I hadn't tried before. The tour guide was very friendly and did a great job answering everyone's questions. It was nice that the tours are just a small group.

My fiance and I came to Dillons today for a tasting and had the best time! Alicia was an amazing host to us during our tasting and was beyond knowledgable of Dillon's history. We truly had a great experience and will definitely be back again :) the location itself on the inside is beautifully decorated and the staff at this location is so lovely!

A beautiful distillery with a store at the premises, so you can not only enjoy the tour and learn more about the products, but do try tasting and purchase their merchandise while visiting.The tour of the distillery was very interesting and informative, all the people working there were great and the experience visiting Dillon’s was very pleasant.

First time here - and I Love this place!! Samples for $1?! And so many amazing flavours of bitters. Definitely try (and buy!!) the strawberry gin. The people are so helpful and helped suggest all kinds of great combos. Plus they have a really cool and trendy selection of bar accessories and flasks. I will definitely be back!! So much selection (at least 15-20 options) of liquors and bitters NOT available in the LCBO. It’s worth the drive!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have had Dillon’s gin and so when we passed it on the way home from Buffalo, we decided to stop and check it out.The original person who greeted us was a bit abrupt and stand-offish. Maybe she was having a bad day, but gave us some attitude when we asked how long the wait was for the tasting. We didn’t end up waiting too long, and the person who did the tasting for us was great.The tasting was $10 for four tastings, and she did a good job of explaining the background of each liquor and what was available and not available at the LCBO.Overall, it was a nice visit.

Their Whiskey and products are amazing. No complaints at all from their customer service as well.

Dillon's was a great last minute stop. This Distillery is just a short drive from St. Catharines and offers a wide variety of alcohol (as well as sanitizer!).We visited hoping to be able to do a tasting, but were told we needed to book ahead online. That is a completely reasonable answer considering the current environment.The entrance had a table set out with some of the varieties they carry as well as a list of alcohols and liquors for purchase. We bought three items and were happy to try them at home.The Peach Schnapps was by far my favourite, having Niagara grown peaches infused into it. I highly recommend getting yourself a bottle of this for the home bar or a restaurant.

So glad I called and made a reservation for our group of 10! We did wine tastings in the region and this was the highlight for most people in our group. There were so many unique gins we got to try that they don’t sell at the lcbo. I loved our time at the distillery and wish we coulda stayed outside for the cocktails and snacks
