My Reiki session with Stephanie was excellent. The atmosphere in the room was calm. Her demeanour was very professional. I experienced true healing during the session. Afterward, the wisdom and intuition she shared with me were genuine and of the highest level. I believe that she is an authentic Reiki practitioner and I would highly recommend her to anyone who understands the benefits of Reiki.

I had a blissed out morning with Stephanie. I felt so spoiled and cared for. I am already trying to find time in my calendar to go back. She is very skilled and it is clear she loves what she does. Her little oasis is so calm and relaxing and I really appreciated that she only used high end products without nasty ingredients for her facial. An all around fabulous experience!

Wow! I am beyond words to describe my recent experience with Stephanie and Sudhana's Healing Solutions for women. I treated myself to a combo package of an intuitive card reading, massage + reiki and am still feeling the benefits of love, light, and guidance a week later. I can't recommend Stephanie enough! Sudhana’s healing has provided me a safe place for healing, restoration, growth and expansion. Stephanie has helped me navigate new chapters in my life and close the book on others no longer serving me. The reiki/massage is my favourite treatment. I leave feeling lighter and more energized. As a health care provider self care is very important, every session has been a gift to my mind, soul and body. I highly recommend Sudhana’s healing.
