Went into the store at 5 o’clock to use dog wash station and was told they had already sanitized the station even though they close at 6 so we could not use it. We had called earlier and was told we could walk in. There were no other dogs in the station and we travelled out of our way to use it. Manager was rude when I spoke to her about. Not how you operate a business and was very disappointed considering how often I go to pet valu. I’ve been to other locations with no issue using the dog wash station. If you do close the station earlier it should be posted.

This is an amazing location! Beautiful and clean store, with a great layout and a great variety of product and services. They offer amazing services for teeth cleaning, grooming and a self wash station!The owner is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful! I’ll be coming back lots, and I recommend this location to everyone!

Nice place. Really find the pet wash station. Staff is very friendly. Was a regular pet smart customer but am now finding Pet Valu more compelling.

Booked appointment 2 weeks ago for pet grooming, they cancelled it 10 mins before the appointment (when I was on the way). No apologies or even heads up saying don’t come all the way our groomer is sick! Saw great reviews and that’s why booked, but so unfit & unprofessional employees and wasting people’s time! Take your pet elsewhere and don’t waste your money here!! Unprofessional employees!!

When we arrived to the store at 5 o'clock to utilise the dog wash station, we were informed that it had already been sterilised despite though it was still open until 6 o'clock. We called earlier, and the operator instructed us to walk right in. We went out of our way to use the station, even though there were no other dogs around. When I spoke to the manager about this, she was unpleasant. Not how you run a business, and I was shocked given how frequently I visit Pet Valu. I've used the dog wash facility at other places with no problems. That should be posted if you do decide to close the station earlier.

By far the best Pet Value around. It’s extremely clean and organized and the staff are so helpful. The owner Vijay is absolutely amazing. She greets everyone who walks through the door with a smile and even though my dog is reactive, she always welcomes him into the store and has treats waiting. I won’t go to any other locations because of how well both me and my dog are treated. It’s always the most pleasant shopping experience!
