Burano Doors

The salesman(Ho) is a polite and reliable person, that did everything possible and impossible for the product to be installed on time. We are very satisfied with them.

Aside from the 14 windows which I had installed on my 23-year-old house at the same time I cannot be more satisfied with the amazing experience working with them on our flush panel with two sidelights front door. Service was top notch and highly responsive, from Kyle’s initial visit for the estimate, to the constant communication and status updates, to the crew who came and installed the door. Everything went perfect, on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They took care of everything including installing my fancy door hardware, and cleaned up the work area, and wiped down the new door. Lasty, I have to say is not once did I ever feel pressured and some of that had to do with the fact that there was a government grant which I had no idea about however I was explained and shown options that met what I wanted to what will qualify without a headache of needing to do extra to claim it as they took care of it all.
