Wasn't even sure if I was ready for an upgrade but with the deals and savings offered, I went for it. Rhonda, gave me all the info I needed and set everything up for me. Extremely helpful. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

the big guy at the mobile shop on main in moncton is useless...he told me he couldn't access my account to help me ...I then told him the mobile shop had been phoning me...he totally ignored me....worse customer service I have ever had
