We are doing a bathroom reno through some local contractors in the Brockville area. The glass for our shower is sourced through Castle Glass. The order for the glass was provided with a 3 week lead time, which ultimately became 5 weeks. When the glass arrived 5 weeks later, it did not fit. When Castle was informed of the mistake they did nothing to correct the problem and expedite delivery for glass that met the measurements. Instead we were put back into the same 3 week queue. Mistakes happen. When they do, it's all about how the supplier responds to the mistake. Their response was Get in line again". Poor service

The staff at Castle Glass were fantastic in supporting us with our partition project! Not only were they quick to respond, but they worked around our schedule, including making adjustments to the final product. They worked off of someone else's drawing, and matched the price of a company that went under.We have received so many wonderful comments from staff and guests about the partition they installed. this is not a review of the service but a review on the DRIVER crossing 3 lanes at above 100km/h on the 401 to not miss the 404 on the morning rush nearly hitting the safeguards and making me slam on my brakes. Then proceeded to cross carelessly the 3 lanes on the 404 to get on to the HOV lanes at an even greater speed than 120. He got off at highway 7 and proceeded west. license plate 2 letters- 7- - - -8 or 3.the guy driving had prescription glasses and also had a passenger. this was between 7-40, and 755 this morning

I issued a cheque with store's associate Brian yesterday with confirmation on sizes and specs. I had my initials. He said the order would only be placed after 4 days…(the cheque got cleared. ) I said okay. I got a call-in today from the same guy asking for my address. Right after I gave the address to him, he told me he would mail the cheque back to me. The reason is he doesn't believe in the sizes I gave him and he thinks the we are too problematic? What a waste of time!

Awful service. After giving a quote and approval to proceed they decided to send another person to look at the job. Brian who seems to be the owner of the place said that the quote might need to chance, which was the first signal and sign of lacking the professionalism. When I called Brian next day, he said he would not do the work as he had some other more important clients. Stay away from this place if you don't want to waste your time and energy.

They're the new authorized contractor for Park Properties, I was told by building management to contact them for an A/C install.I called them and they emailed me a form for to fill and submit, and, someone will get back to me within the week.No response, it's been over a week.I will have to contact another company.
