Spoiled Sports

I have purchased a few toys from Spoiled Sports over the years and today was another enjoyable experience. First time dealing with Shawn he was very knowledgeable which helped me decide between 2 different sleds I was torn between. So looking forward to this winter on my new 144 Assault.

The rating you received was based upon three encounters with your head of parts at the front counter Lisa or Tina whatever her name is. Each visit I spent over a $100 in your establishment. Which I was treated like I was a peasant all 3 times by this individual.I had called looking for an air box for my snowmobile after Lisa had confirmed she had one for my machine (which I gave her all the information she needed). I drove over an hour to get it, when I arrived there sat an air box from a completely different snowmobile. I got her to pull up the microfiche of my intake system. Having the two completely different looking air boxes right in front of her face she stated “she couldn’t see a difference” so her lack of knowledge waisted my time and money.I also paid $135 for your techs to diagnose my snowmobile which I feel you did not do. By plugging your scan tool in and reading my trouble codes and clearing them and not checking again to see which codes were still present. I essentially got a $135 dollar piece of paper and was no further a head in solving my problem. This left me with a lot of questions for your tech Rich. Who was kind enough to speak with me in regards to his findings. Rich wanted to come out to my snowmobile to show me one particular thing he found. It was then when a another female came out saying there was a phone call for him. When I followed him back into the building there was no phone call. I was, however, greeted by Lisa, raising her voice at me stating $120 an hour” when I laughed her off

Have bought a few ATV’s from the great folks at spoiled sports over the past few years. From the sales and Paul to parts and Julie and of course the service guys you truly can’t beat the team at spoiled sports. They are fast and reliable when it comes to servicing your machines and seem to always have the parts you need in stock or are sure to get it ordered and into their store as soon as possible. I had a couple questions on the last service I had when it came to a belt issue and Paul brought out the lead tech to give me some advice on why I may keep having the issue and how to prevent it. Top notch place highly recommend for your needs of power sports in the Durham region!!

Went in 5 days ago and put a deposit on a side by side. With an additional snow Plow and winch.It was rather ambiguous when the machine would come told 4-6 weeks.A mistake was made on my deal undercharged me 2210. I didn’t make a fuss when it was changed. Even though I had a signed agreement to that price.I found a machine I could have at another dealer in a week. Told Paul I was canceling but to be fair I would give him the Plow and winch sale. He told me I would not get credit for my deposit. Didn’t argue just said ok. You won’t get the next side by side I buy or any further accessories I buy.

Best dealer we have ever dealt with. Dealt with Paul when we bought our 4 wheeler and Richard for our service and warranty issues. Their counter staff are friendly and extremely courteous.Keep up the great work you guys ! You have a customer for life !

Paul was amazing from the time I ordered my atv and even after picking it up! He made sure I understood the way she worked and answered any of my questions! I would recommend spoiled sports to anyone! Very satisfied

An absolutely horrible experience.First time ever dealing with this shop and never again. Salesperson was Paul.Gave a deposit on new (in-stock) sled by phone and was quoted a price for my trade-in. I drove 2 hours that Saturday (as they had requested) with my sled in a trailer to show them my trade. When I arrived, I was promptly informed they don't wish to take my trade because they already had a few of the same model used sleds in stock. After walking away and speaking with someone privately, Paul advised they would however help me out" and take my trade for significantly less than was quoted. This all took place before they even looked at my sled.So.........apparently nobody could pick up the phone and call me before I drove 150km for absolutely nothing? Paul responded that he was too busy dealing with other Customers that morning.Paul stated it was his mistake in agreeing to take my trade and that he should have checked with the owner beforehand.Really???? The only salesperson on site had no idea that there were too many used sleds of the same model as mine in stock??? Did they all come in the same morning?Paul then pointed to someone puttering around the yard on an ATV and stated that was the owner. That person simply went about their business and ignored me while I stood there in total disbelief that this was happening.I requested a refund of my deposit. only to discover the deposit that was charged to my credit card was 2x the agreed-upon amount. All wiithout my knowledge or authorization.So I wasted a Saturday and a tank of fuel on this place.Paul "kindly" offered to pay for my fuel provided I decided to proceed with the purchase of a new sled (and agree to accept the reduced offer for my trade of course). Seriously????Is this the way to treat a new potential Customer?"
