Been a regular since we discovered this fine dine few years back! Though it is a typically a busy restaurant, the food is excellent and is definitely worth the wait.For those looking to experience the rich and succulent taste of Indian Cuisine, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Raja's Fine Dining restaurant especially because the taste hasalways been consistent and top notch.

Food - 5/5Service - 3/5Ambiance - 5/5Price - Mid RangedWe went for dinner and ordered chicken chukka, parotta, masala dosa, tea and some menduwada. The food was amazing, everything tasted so good. The ambiance gives you a fresh vibe. The only problem we faced was service, we had to wait almost 45 minutes on the table to get our food. But it was all worth the wait.Overall, it's a must visit.

Absolutely love the quality and taste of the food at Raja. We loved every single dish we tried!The service is attentive and just as amazing as their food!They have over 160+ items on the menu with a full bar and free app for every 2 drink offers running from 11-4 PM in the afternoon and again 11-2 AM at night.And their kitchen operates 7 days a week till 2 am in the morning.They have also won the House of Commons award for the year of 20222 which is one of the greatest honors that a restaurant can receive!So the next time you are looking for a place that has delicious food and stays open till late, Raja is your go to!!

The best South Indian Restaurant in Kitchener-Waterloo region. I was amazed to find such an authentic taste within such a reasonable price. I tried out Onion Uthapum and Ghee Masala Dosa. Both were delicious and filing.

My recent visit here has been amazing the staff has been amazing it was busy hour in the restaurant but they managed it so well. I love the filter coffee here and their dosas are just amazing. All there meats are halal except nattu kozhi biryani. So if you are halal eating person like me please go ahead and order other dishes as everything else is halal.

We had our first experience at Raja last night and it was exceptional. Yogi was our server and she was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations from the dosai, to the korma to the biriyani, naan, bharta, mango lassi and pakoras. Every dish was better than the next. We will definitely be back.

Started off with the Vegetable Pakora. The Pakora itself was quite flavourful. Sauce options had sweet, pickled and mild. A stronger mint sauce would have been quite nice.For mains we had Lamb Sag and Matar Paneer. Both curries were quite flavourful and tasty. Definitely a try. Lamb was tender.Dessert we had Rasmalai which was also quite enjoyable.Srishti was our waitress and was able to provide flavour profiles of different dishes we were considering.We will return :)

This is probably a restaurant we will revisit!The food, first of all, is pretty good. It’s not the absolute best, but some dishes certainly did stand out in a positive way! We ordered Mango Lassi, Baby Corn Manchurian, Pongal Combo, Kotthu Parotha, and finally Ghee Roast and Plain Dosas. The Mango Lassi was sweet and tasty, and the Baby Corn Manchurian was so scrumptious, it was quickly finished! The dosas were crispy, crunchy, and cooked perfectly! The Kotthu Parotha was okay, and the Pongal Combo was average.The staff is really friendly and nice! The ambience is family-friendly and neat. The appetizer plates, however, were a bit dirty and I think that is because they were on the table for a long time already. The bathrooms are neat and spacious.The food was overall decent, and I would give 5 stars had they improved the quality a bit more.

Another great south indian cuisine restaurant in KW area. The place is opened till 3 AM in the morning which is great for all the people craving food late night. The service was quick and the staff were very welcoming. The taste was good. Dosas are must try. They have a vast variety of options in their menu. They also have in house bar and the party hall available.
