Reflections Banquet & convention center

I hosted a reception party on 15th April at reflection banquet hall. We came from California and we trusted the team for our event and we had a great experience. The food was great. The service was great and all my guest enjoyed. We had the blast thank you, Anish

Well unfortunately I cannot recommend this place overall. Some things were good. The staff did try hard in some ways. The facility is quite nice. However, there were several big problems at our event, which was a high school graduation banquet.Food was done buffet style for 300 people with only two lines. Serving the food therefore took two full hours between when the first tables ate and the last tables ate. That's just not a good situation. They also let some of the buffet selections run out of food repeatedly. They also did not refill waters on the tables promptly. Taste of the food was good but not great. The butter chicken ran out of butter chicken and the roast beef ran out of roast beef. Just sauce in both.The biggest problem of the night was that they scheduled another party at the same time as the graduation banquet just on the other side of a room divider. That party was very loud and repeatedly drowned out speeches and prayers over students. I personally spoke with more than five staff members and the manager. The problem got a little better but not much. I'm not just talking about us being able to hear the music from the other party. The music was so loud that a significant portion of our people could not hear what was happening on our side.Could be a good banquet Hall, but overall I do not recommend.

Worse staff, very unprofessional, unhygienic food service, it feels like a low level suburban type outfit & staff seemed to be burned out & low paid as they show no manners, politeness or concerns to deal with guests( even the main even hosts were treated badly) , service is horrible, tasteless horrible food … dirty dishes flying all over like village gatherings, most of the reviews they have is paid and by there relatives … I bought the issues to senior management regarding the matter and issues and they did not took it seriously … so please do t waste your hard earned money & valueanle guest for this horrible place please …I feel sorry for the host who have wasted such a great amount of money and now regretting !!

I give it 3 stars for good food, a nice venue, and attentive service. However, my wife thinks I’m being far too generous. We couldn’t hear one person who was speaking at our event and struggled to hear another even though both were using a microphone. The reason is because the party in the next ball room was so loud, their music was drowning out what was happening in ours. The folding walls that separate the ball rooms don’t do much to stop loud music. So if you’re event doesn’t have a lot of loud music to compete with the neighbouring event, you may not be happy with this venue. Oh yes, their bathrooms also don’t have warm water. I needed some to wash the food stains out of my pants and shirt from a food services person dropping a dirty knife on me while clearing a plate. Accidents happen, but a washroom designed without warm water is a big oversight.

Reflections Banquet is one of best hall for functions and events. I have attended two events here till date and both of them have been best till now.The best thing was the interior design and DJ system. Food quality was outstanding, The parking is huge so there is no issue of parking and it’s a beautiful place for weddings and marriages function.

Beautiful location and receptin hall.Affordable and friendly staffFOOD IS EXCELLENT - especially the appies (fish pakoras and the chilli chicken!). Mains are so so your typical indian food.
