I enjoyed my visit here. Went to have a massage and really enjoyed it. Right from walking in the door it has a pleasant atmosphere. They have jewelry and purses and lotions and flip flops on display for purchase. Staff is friendly. The place is clean and didn't have that overpowering scent (incense) which a lot of places seem to have.The massage therapist- Shelly- was very professional and friendly. Can't wait to go back. There are other services provided such as facials, manicures and pedicures and more. Worth checking out.

Worst experience of customer service in my entire life. I made an appointment for laser and had a price. First in the office there was one gentleman. When he went into the room the girl doing my laser and another lady started talking and trashing this gentleman. Very unprofessional.Once in the room I asked the laser tech how many sessions does it take to remove hair. Her rude response was “people usually ask that before they arrive not during”. As we were starting she said if it is too hot and burning let me know.One side was good other side was on fire. I jumped and said it’s hot. She said “so hot like I should turn down or what”. I told her then I was really regretting coming in. She wiped gel off and said take your form and leave. I told her she was being really rude and she laughed. I will never go back to radiance even if they paid me. Rudest lady ever.

booked a last minute appointment and was very satisfied with the service provided. the women at the front desk are professional and polite. the aesthetician was quick and efficient. thank you radiance spa, i’ll be back!

They Charged 60 dollars for 5 mins late! Never going back again.

Went there today to get a gift card and since the receptionist left early for the day I couldn't get one. Drove to Chatham just for this today. I knew they would be closed on Monday for the holiday so I came today since I needed it for Tuesday Morning. Not very good customer service.

Absolutely love this spa. It's a beautiful quaint spa off the beaten path. I went to April for my eyelash extensions and couldn't have been more happy. She was so sweet and professional and her work lasted for a good3 weeks before some started to fall out. I've been for a couple facials as well and same story I was absolutely blown away with their work each and every time. If your looking for a spa that only offers good quality services, this is your spa.

The service is always fantastic, and I’ve had a few different MT’s. Each one did a wonderful job. Only downfall is if appointments get rescheduled or cancelled, they may not be scheduled according to what works for you, but rather the MT and can be inflexible. They book very far out but it’s worth the wait, just be vigilant to book a few sessions at a time!

I thought this place would be the right one for me but unfortunately, it’s not! They will just charge you with money no matter what even if you call them ahead of time. Only because of 24 hours policy! You have symptoms and took a PCR test but they will still charge you on the day of your appointment. Great! What a waste of money.

I had my first massage last month, and I did choose to rebook! Jhoyce was incredible with me. She made my first experience very comfortable and I feel revived after we were finished. The atmosphere is fantastic, the prices are also wonderful. My own complaint was first walking in, the front staff were very short and not super welcoming but the rest of the experience made up for it.
