Julia Lado is by far the most communicative, present and emotionally intelligent recruiter I have ever worked with. Through out the hiring process, she demonstrated a keen awareness of her company procedures, yet displayed remarkable sensitivity to my concerns while walking the tight rope of balancing the needs and timelines of the hiring organization--all this without minimizing my subjective sense of urgency.
