Lisa is so friendly and knowledgeable about electrolysis. It isn't the most comfortable thing but once the hair is gone it doesn't come back ! and Lisa always does her best to make you as comfortable as she can. Can't wait for the hair to be gone. Definitely would recommend going to Jade Clinic in Langley and see Lisa for a consultation about any hair you want rid of.

I have struggled for years, fussing and plucking thick blonde hairs that are not suitable for laser. I’ve had a few treatments with Lisa, and just getting started has released me from my constant picking and plucking. After only a couple treatments the hair is starting to come back thinner and I feel so happy I made the decision to start. I’m happy with the progress and would definitely recommend Lisa.

Lisa Der is awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, personable, and effective. Jade 3 treatments now for facial and body hair, but already noticing the difference and it is already affecting my confidence. Would totally recommend for anybody with unwanted hair, completely worth it so far. Also definitely recommend getting the numbing cream, treatment is uncomfortable to painful so it helps a lot.

I met Lisa through my wife who has been going to her for awhile. I had a seborrhoeic keratosis on my face which I had for many years. I decided to have it removed and my wife suggested I go to Jade Clinic in Langley. I had a consultation with Lisa and booked my appointment. I was concerned what I might feel during the procedure but Lisa made me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She was always checking to make sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. When the procedure was done I couldn’t believe how little discomfort I had felt. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring!

The environment of Jade clinic stood out for me as being clean, quiet, serene and calm. I love the welcoming mood. However, that which sold me on electrolysis was Sonja Rattan, a skilled electrologist, who I have found to be professional, knowledgeable, approachable, pleasant, accommodating, kind, thoughtful and patient. I have very much appreciated the manner in which Sonja has dealt with me since our first meeting.As she educated me about hair growth, the treatment process of electrolysis, she took the time needed to ensure that I understood. She answered my questions professionally and succinctly. She listened attentively to my concerns, and took an interest in my issues as they pertained to my situation. I value that Sonja communicates openly with me.
