We have used Kim and Devon and his devoted employees to for every move in Osoyoos. They are not only dependable, hardworking and customer oriented but also the nicest people you can ever hope to meet.I have recommended them to each of my clients and the results are always the same. I have sent multiple messages since April 5 until May 21st, both on FB messenger and text message, and I called and left a message. I got a few replies saying that Devin would get in touch to schedule a quote. Never heard from him, not once after about 10 different tries to reach him. I’m shocked after reading all the good reviews. After 6 weeks of trying to hire them, I gave up. I called a local Penticton mover, they responded immediately, gave a quote over the phone, came out within a week to confirm the price. Two totally different approaches to customers. Awful customer service.

I've used 3D commercially and privately numerous times. This company is absolutely stellar in their professionalism, planning, execution and customer care. 5 stars aren't enough.

These guys are excellent, professional and I am extremely happy that I found them. I've moved all over this country and the service from 3D was by far the best I have ever received.Don't even contact another company. Don't waste your time. Hire 3D and avoid all the headaches.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there; from the Office Manager who did her best to work my move in during a very busy time for them, to the Driver and Crew for all their consideration of my things. Making sure I stayed stressed free while they did all the work arranging furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them too, and not leaving until I was fully satisfied with the move. Because of Covid 19, the crew came prepared with gloves and making sure we stayed several feet/meters apart while bringing in my things...their consideration, kindness, and experience is what this company offers - it is the best in customer service I have seen in a long time.

3-D has moved us three times in 8 years. They communicate clearly and fully, they make every effort to accommodate your schedule, they protect the safety of their workforce and the condition of your belongings. Their rates are very competitive. I highly recommend. If ever needed again, I will only use 3-D.
