I was buying tickets back home with Aksana for more than 10 years, and everything was fine until last summer. She sold us tickets that were never confirmed and therefore, unavailable. So when we arrive to the airport ready to go back to Canada, we are surprised with the fact that we actually don't have tickets. And it was the end of August and in Crimea so tickets were hard to find and we had to find cash as banks there don't accept Canadian cards. It was by plain miracle that we got hold of new tickets on the same day. Aksana reimbursed the new tickets that we got, but never explained what we paid for originally.I never would expected a mistake that caused us so much undue stress from an agent that's been in business for so long.

Work with Aksana Travel on many occasions and many years, always had an A+ experience. They were a great help today yet again! Highly recommended! Update: One more time today Aksana proved that she's the best, her customer service is 10 out of 10!
