Disappointed. Reheated chicken. Greasy an fries were hard BIG CRUNCH c sandwiche was a big disappointment. Junior chicken at McDonald’s id refer it to. Except. It be Hot a mcdonald. Overly priced for that’ kind of reheated chicken

Need fast food ? DO NOT COME HERE!We WATCH SIX PEOPLE COME IN AFTER US & they got their within a a proper amount of time. And they had not ordered ahead of time. NOT US, We waited ** 20 min ** to finally get our order.While we were waiting and WATCHING other who had come in after us and leave before us the counter staff girl who took our order after awhile said “ are you waiting for something “ WOW JUST WOW !!First they didn’t listen when told them we wanted NO fries with a four piece and macaroni . Open up the box and had gotten coleslaw and fries.Next we order 2 famous chicken sandwiches gravy and two popcorn and fries ( combo coupon) .ALL the fries COLD and the gravy was Luke warm with LUMPS and not even half a cup ( side note walk to our vehicle and when pulled it out of the bag we noticed right away the gravy & immediately took a picture) SEE picture for reference.Only reason for a star bathroom clean & at least the sandwich and chicken were at proper temperature.

Have eaten here twice. The fries don't taste like fries they are so old. The chicken tastes like 3 day old dried out chicken. KFC isn't winning any customers keeping this place open. I have had way better gas station chicken. Won't eat here again

Have been to the westlock kfc lots time most times I got they say don’t have any cooked chicken and it’s 7 pm store is open till 8 make sure you have all the food till 8 the reason you don’t have it is the staff are lazy and don’t want to have to work past 8 I am a cook and make sure when I worked at a restaurant that everything is available till the doors close then I do clean up and dish’s run it like a real restaurant not slum shop you have good happy and more customers if you do so 1 pressure cooker cooks 50 peice chicken if you have some left over at end the night fridge it and give to food bank

Moved to Westlock a yr ago. Had KFC twice...both times were terrible. Read that they had new management & staff. The people were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. I would recommend that everyone check them out.

Don't come here often. The order is always incorrect. Untrained staff not knowing how to read an order. Pick up orders and go through it thoroughly before leaving to ensure accuracy.

This location has gone down hill. The last four times it’s been over cooked and dry or super greasy. The gravy is horrible, not at all like it used to be. Tasted like a flour paste! Just awful.
