Good sized Subway which has recently opened in a new and developing plaza on Brock St. N. in Pickering . My 6 inch sub was perfect, thank you. service was great with smile.

i go there almost regularly and love the food. It’s great to eat after the gym which i normally do. There staff is extremely friendly and never gets my order wrong.

I had a terrible experience today. I don't understand why this store is so severely understaffed? Like why is there just one person working at peak times that too on a Saturday trying his best to serve LITERALLY a QUEUE of people? The managers/owners need to take some serious action before it's too late. Not going here again.

I have been their at least 5 times and ask to have my subs on whole wheat bread. For some reason they are always out of it. Either they don't sell it or they don't bake enough. All five times,I walked out. They only got one star because there wasn't any zero stars. Not a good way in running a business.

This is the absolute worst Subway in all of the GTA and they have thousands of locations. Toppings aren't fresh, service is slow, staff are clueless. This is not based on one visit btw. Just go to any other location besides this one.

I came in today to the location at 2460 Brock Road North at 8:26pm for the first time. I bought two sandwiches - one steak and cheese and one maplewood smoked bacon and ham. The employee making the sandwiches was friendly, however when putting the sauces on, she accidentally put the wrong sauce on one of my sandwiches. She was apologetic and offered to scrap it off but I didn’t want to make it a big deal and took the sandwich as is. When I got home and went to eat the steak and cheese sub, I found a HUGE piece of black and wilted lettuce in the sandwich. It honestly looked so gross and disgusting, I threw out the whole entire sub. It looks like this location is not using fresh ingredients and don’t do their quality check before serving it to customers. I’m extremely disappointed and feel grossed out as an avid customer of Subway.

Very large lobby, new location so it's super clean and bright. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Food is very neatly displayed and tidy. When I asked for a little bit of sauce, the lady didn't drown it. Which was nice.

Ridiculous disgusting customer service, I waited in line for 15 mins before I get my turn. and the manager does not even help the new employee while it was busy. Manager asked me if its okay for me to wait because she's busy prepping food in the back. the new employee took 20 mins to make my food. and the manager was at the back talking to someone on the phone. after that, they charged me extra for the meat. without even telling me they put extra meat. the manager and the new employee was even arguing with me that I am in the wrong for not knowing it and the manager told me to understand that she has a new employee. They even cut me off while I am explaining what happened. I'm never going back there again. the worst subway experience ever. Fix your rude employees!

I have been here multiple times and everytime I have purchased a meal, I have noticed that they don't fill the sub up generously with veggies like the other locations - even after asking.Also, their drink dispenser is mostly out of stock" with the available option not tasting right - they need to fix the machine.The store is clean because it is new and staff is ok for the most part.Probably won't be visiting this location again due to the above experience."
