Carolyn was amazing she did an amazing set up for my daughters graduation and even came all the way back because when I tried to move it one balloon popped even though it was my mistake she still insisted to come back and fix the set up and move it to where I perfer . She was very patient and did not want to leave except when I was 100% happy with the set up . I felt that she really cared about what she did and loves her job for sure she will be my go to person

Carolyn is the sweetest, most accommodating person you will probably ever meet. Her balloon design exceeded my expectations (and she even did extra for me!). Even though it was a struggle to bring a balloon bouquet into an apartment, she made it happen. She is super easy to contact, super easy to talk to, and extremely flexible. Will EASILY be ordering more from her in the very near future. Thank you again Carolyn!

Carolyn is one of the best balloon artists in the Ottawa region. She puts a lot of heart and thought into the designs. She is professional and very kind. I have gotten balloons from her multiple times. Her motto is that she always wants to put a smile on your face!

Creative Balloons Plus is amazing at what they do! For my son’s birthday Carolyn created Star Wars theme balloons and we were blown away! Everything was done perfectly and on time. Highly recommend.

Carolyn has created balloon arrangements for me on numerous occasions:) Most recently she did arrangements for my son's 5th and daughters 3rd birthday party. They are always so creative and well done, my kids loved them! Every arrangement she does is unique and exactly to the theme of what is requested. Thank you for being amazing and making every party so festive with your arrangements!
