I find it sad for how busy downtown is in Kelowna on the weekends and your closed but all other CIBC branches in the city is open. Not convenient at all.

reps have no idea what they're doing, then refer you to managers who have no idea what they're doing, the managers then have to call CIBC customer service to figure out what to do. Same scenario takes an RBC rep 30 seconds & they'll do it with a smile.What is the point of you?

Well.... a lot of poor reviews here !! I live downtown now... so this was my first experience at this branch ! I had an appointment.... was promptly dealt with very friendly. I had a one hour consultation with Ed.... getting some financial advice. Excellent customer service.... very knowledgeable!!! I was very happy when I left the branch!! Thank you !

Normally I get great phone service from CIBC, and awful in-branch service. This branch in particular I had a financial Rep named Kabi try for one very long (but full) hour to force me to invest my money in purely stupid fashion before finally accepting please

Tellers are so rude and give wrong information. The worse CIBC I have been to they don't care about there customers. Just more arrogant people that work at the bank that think they're better than everyone else. - 5 stars for this location.

I had an appointment with Ashima today regarding financial advising regarding paying off some of my debt. I was in the room with her for less than 10 minutes and she told me there was no point even attempting to submit a loan application to CIBC and they will not bother to try and help my case. Despite not being able to help me with a loan application the only advice she gave me was to call Visa and gave me zero resources otherwise. I have no idea where to start and this appointment was pointless.

I suppose they lock up the atm at night for security reasons, but it seems odd this atm is rarely open.The open hours seem random.
