I saw Heidi Reynolds the lactation consultant as I was having trouble breastfeeding my son who was tongue tied. Heidi was wonderful to work with and had plenty of knowledge! She made me feel supported, empowered, and boosted my confidence that I was doing a good job. Her tips and tricks have been great!

Our childbirth course at Rebirth Wellness with Alison was great. We left feeling much more confident and prepared for labour and the journey ahead. We had tried a free online educational course prior but felt more supported with this option.

Hands down to Shelley and Dr. Holly Beckley.I am in my third trimester and having some hip pain, lower back pain and stiff muscles. Dr. Beckley was very thorough and listened to my problems, the exercises she suggested were super helpful and so far I had two appointments with her, it really made a big change.Shelley is the best, I had the most amazing prenatal massages with her. I tried other places but no one can compare to her. Looking forward to go back soon after I give birth.

I have seen and continue to see a number of the professionals here. I always feel heard, well supported and like they truly care. I’ve primarily seen Jacqueline and Dr. Holly for pregnancy related pain and continued seeing them for bouts of aches and pains for almost 5 years now. They’re down to earth and realistic about being a busy mom and finding time to do follow-up exercises at home. I highly recommend them both to anyone seeking physio or chiropractic care.

I am having a great experience with all the practitioners I’m currently using (message therapists, chiropractor, etc.) at the Rebirth Center. They are supportive, knowledgeable, and have great communication skills. I highly recommend that adults and children use their services!

I started coming to rebirth about a month ago. I had pelvic pain during my second trimester that was limiting my daily activities - I panicked and booked everything possible including physio, massage, chiro and acupuncture. Everyone has been amazing and so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I can not recommend rebirth enough ☺️

The Pelvic Floor Therapist made a huge impact in my recovery and the Counselling Service gave me confidence and support to navigate becoming a new Mom.The Acupuncturist helped encourage a comfortable and calm pregnancy.All of their services are incredible. Everyone woman deserves this amazing community!
