Chez Christiane

Took our 15 year-old Schnoodle there for grooming on the recommendation of a neighbour. We noticed the next day he was covered in lice! I confronted Christine later that day at her shop, and she vehemently denied it came from her joint. Clearly our dog had been placed in a crate with lice laden bedding awaiting our pickup, but NO acknowledgement that it may be possible! Never in over 40 years of dog ownership had any of our dogs ever contracted lice! I would definitely NOT recommend taking your dog to her for grooming!

My family and I have been taking our dogs here for around 15 years now ! I love that they know what they are doing when it comes to the different breeds and the different cuts that go with each different breed. Our pets have always come back looking great and feeling calm. It's hard to find a good groomer who does and all around great job and that you trust with your beloved little friend. I always come back here because I trust they will take care of my pups needs and do a great job on the grooming. I've been to a couple different places too and this by far is the best! I now live on the cost but when we come to visit family In kelowna I still take our pup here.Thanks so much to Chris who has taken such great care of our four legged friends !

Christiane and Vanessa are INCREDIBLE. I got viciously ghosted by another groomer I tried to hire, and they were so understanding. Even though the cut was shorter than I asked for, they made my baby boy Billy look incredible (was shorter due to matted hair in his stomach and legs). THANK YOU so much for giving Billy the cutest cut. I will be returning and recommending 100%.

Christiane is very nice and friendly and she's really good with dogs. The place is always clean. She does a great job with grooming and styling the dogs. I'm taking my babies to her for almost a year and I'm happy with her work.

Vanessa did a great job with my Bono a Schnauzer miniature. First time I come back to pick him up from a groomer and he is not stressed or anxious.

Chez Christiane's grooming skills are awesome, however it's their gentle touch with grooming that I value the most. I can tell when I get my pup home that he has been treated with love and care.

Extremely professional, kind and great quality of workmanship. The photos online do not do them justice when compared to actually seeing the results in person. Me and both of my pups couldn't be more satisfied with Chez Christine and her staff

He truly gets a Schnauzer haircut! Thank you for a great job every time. I know it is a bit more than others, but it is worth it.

One star only for lifting the clippers!Waited 6.25 hours for my small Bichon to get the 'Full Groom' treatment but he kept getting bumped by other pets - I was told that I would be contacted when he was ready, but after 4 hours I got concerned and I went to check on my puppy and the groomer Vanessa was working on another Dog :-/ where's my Dog?" and Vanessa replied "not done yet...he's OK" with no communication as to when he would be ready - I came back again 2 hours later and he was still not done so I waited. When she did finish his cut it looked rushed and not as we discussed. Vanessa apologised for the delay but just did her own thing on her own timeline
