I know that depending on what you need and how fast, any electrical wholesaler may or may not have what you want at the price you want, but their prices and product lines are actually competitive. However, where I judge a wholesaler is on their customer service: as an electrician I have found this is where BJ Electric Supplies excels. Having a small amount of patience with sales-type people that are not tradespeople helps, but their staff seem to be willing to try harder (and get help from other more knowledgeable staff) more than other places in Edmonton. Other wholesalers I have never met the head branch manager, but I have actually met the one at BJ Electric Supplies multiple times and always get asked how my experience was there that day: this the customer's opinion counts" attitude is awesome."

Sales people need more experience.
