I purchase aMima stroller and bassinet here. It was worth the drive. The service was great and I received my items earlier then expected. I also saved 15%. Unlike some other stores who exempt certain products. Thank Babyrama !

We come here often for our baby needs. The prices are very reasonable and the selection of products is huge. The staff are very helpful. They have a huge selection of strollers and other products available to try before you buy which makes it easier to decide what you want. The only issue I have is that the hours are a bit inconvenient. I always find myself in the area around 11 and they don't open until 12, so I end up having to go somewhere else for what I need or making a special trip back. Would be much more convenient if they opened at 10 like other stores. Overall the store is great, though.

I'm expecting my first child this month and so far we bought our nursery furniture and travel system at Babyrama. The selection is great and the quality is amazing. They had to order in all four pieces and they arrived on time, as expected. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This has become my go-to shopping destination for all of my baby needs. They have a much better selection than Babies R Us and carry products I actually want, including natural, chemical-free items often at a lower price. Also, it's always nice to save a bit more when you join the MOB!

Instant Price Match policy promises a lot but in reality does not offer anything. I found a stroller 250$ cheaper and submitted the form. but was told that because my price was lower than there purchase price there is nothing they can do for me. I reviewed the Policy and it does not have it under the Terms and Conditions. I was told Our price match policy is subject to approval which means we can price match within reason". So in stead of fooling and giving empty promises to the potential customers

Purchased a car seat and stroller which are not normally available at regular baby stores. I absolutely love the items and very pleased with the transaction - both were on sale! Though I had to wait for the stroller to be available (they were a big hit so they have ran out of stock), but the ladies at Babyrama were kind enough to check with me and update me on my order. Will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to family and friends!

I ordered a stroller off Babyrama's website in February as the baby was due in April. Unfortunately, they were out of stock for the colour we wanted even though the website did not indicate this. Initially we were told the stroller would come next week" which eventually turned into April

LOVE this store!!! They have tons of items that are usually only sold online or in boutiques... and having them all in one big store at discounted prices is awesome. I've always found specific things there that I was looking for that I could never find at Babies R Us, etc. Big fan :)

Good prices and great service. We had a good deal on a changer and the process to pay and pick it up was smooth. The have a decent assortment of products and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. There is a public washroom available.

Vast selection of baby products. They often stock hard to find items at reasonable prices. Their website also has an instant price match option which comes in handy especially during busy shopping seasons. The 4 star rating is due to its in store service. There is room for improvement in this area.

My fiancé and I went here looking for a stroller and car seat. We were unsure and overwhelmed but after talking with Sarah we were able to find the perfect combination for us. She was so informative and listened to our needs. We went to the store around closing time and she did not make us feel rushed. She stayed late, and called multiple other locations to see if they carried our product because their location was out of stock. Sarah went above and beyond. The experience was so plesent. I highly recommend this store/location.
