The very professional and respectful technicians Bret and Ryan showed up today with a firm handshake and confident air about them. In under the 10 minutes FREE assessment period they had the problem sourced and dealt with. When I called, the receptionist was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and got me the next available appointment that suited my needs not the slot I could be fit into. I have had experiences with other companies and will never go to anyone else again. Did I mention I didn't pay a cent? Thank you, well done guys if I could, I'd give you more the 5 stars. I had a small leak under my bathroom sink coming from the drain pipe. Everything under there was quite old, faucets, incoming water lines, stopper and the drain, so I wanted it all replaced.I was in no hurry and over a couple of months had two quotes from a couple of the larger plumbing outfits. They both were for a lot more money than I thought the job was worth. The second quote was for $650 and that was with me supplying the faucets and incoming braided steel lines.I gave Mark at Roto-Rooter a call. We chatted, I sent him a couple of photos of the job, we texted back and forth a couple of times and he said he could do it for less than half what the other guys quoted. Two days later Johnny was at my door. No muss, no fuss and he was done in less than an hour. I supplied the aforementioned parts and he went out to his van and totalled up the damages. The final price was over $400 less than the other guys. Needless to say, Roto-Rooter will be my go to guys for any and all plumbing needs in the futureThanks again Mark

I had another company come out when I had an outside drain problem. The other company quoted me on a very expensive repair. When the problem happened again I decided to get a second opinion which was with Roto Rooter. They came out and thoroughly investigated the problem, flushed the outdoor drain and tested it. Roto Rooter will now be my go to going forward.

We recently purchased a new home and needed new pipes installed to create a new laundry space for our washer and dryer. After calling for an estimate Mark came out the next day and walked me through the whole scope of work required and sent me a quote. We were able to schedule them in for work right away and the work was completed in two days. They were professional and went above and beyond to get the work done before the weekend. As well, they were extremely helpful in explaining everything to myself who doesn't know much about plumbing. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Anthaney came by to fix our clogged sink a day earlier than scheduled. This young man did a great job. He was professional, polite, friendly AND cleaned up after himself! He explained what he did and the tools he used. He was super fast. Was here about 30 minutes total. Would totally recommend.
