We visited Dr. Gill today and had the worst experience. We got to meet the doctor after one hour of our scheduled appointment even though we were 10 minutes early.The receptionist has mentioned a lot about being punctual, if not, we would be charged a fine of 100$ to 150$ but I really need to know who in this clinic is going to pay for the time we wasted today.Secondly, Dr. Gill wasn’t even ready to diagnose the problem and prescribe suitable medication accordingly. All she did was make us wait at the reception for almost 1 hour and again make us wait for up to half n hour while she attended us and went away to attend another patient, asking us to search for information that we already mentioned that we couldn’t provide.

Worst dr Gill, I shouldn't even call her doctor. Had to wait for more than 1 hour, not professional at all. Don't go to her and waste your time.

Was referred to Dr Gill for allergy testing. Noticed on the CPSO that she is not currently registered as a allergist but instead in pediatrics. Decided I'd entertain the appointment to see what she says. The receptionist booked me for a telephone consultant for an allergy test. Dr Gill never called at the scheduled date and time. I called them repeatedly for a day or so to find out what was going on as she never called. No return calls. Fast forward 4 months and I randomly get a phone call from her office (I missed the call) and they didn't leave a message. I tried calling back and no answer. This office is highly unorganized and not professional at all.While doing research, I've discovered that Dr Gill has disciplinary actions from the college against her for speaking against covid. Not sure how she is practicing allergy and asthma when she is clearly not registered with the college of physicians for that line of practice.

Dr. Gill would not let me speak when addressing my concerns. She made me feel stupid for bringing it up and would not let me finish my sentence when trying to explain. It felt like she was trying to rush me out of there. Would not recommend her or this clinic for allergy testing.

*If google allowed negative stars, this clinic would be getting it*I had a terrible experience with Ultra Modern Medical Inc. Their appointment booking process is a disaster - I received a call from a private number at 4:30 pm requesting a response by 10 am the same day, which was impossible. I tried calling back to get confirmation on the appointment time, but no one answered, and no one called me back. Left a voice mail again the next year, a few hours before my scheduled appointment and still when I got to the clinic, they said my appointment was not confirmed.To make matters worse, the clinic doesn't have a receptionist, and all calls go to voicemail. It's incredibly frustrating to have to leave messages and wait for someone to call back, especially when you're dealing with medical appointments.When I was finally able to visit the clinic, I tried to speak with the president (TJ Saggu) about my concerns, but he wasn't interested in hearing my feedback. Instead, he had the receptionist disconnect the call.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and communication at Ultra Modern Medical Inc. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and professional medical care.

Dr. Gill looks like without any degree Doctor. I paid money I don’t have health card. She even didn’t look at my body. She said I it’s normal. Zero Star Doctor. If you are Paying please don’t visit. Not worth it.It’s our Second Visit , just a follow up to get my blood work report because I don’t health card and it’s only possible to get it from Dr. Gill. I am 18 year old, the way dr. Spoke to me was not look like professional talk. She got mad at me because I put my personal review over here. Today I paid again , but when I want my invoice, they are not giving me the guy over the counter went really rude. after 20 minutes wait they said “if you cannot wait more to get your invoice you can leave”.Literally, I know Walk in clinic refer us and we even didn’t look at the referral specialist, somehow please look at the reviews before visit any specialist, the mistake I did, I want no one else will do.

The worst service and very unprofessional.My appointment was at 1 pm they put up a lunchtime sign saying that the will reopen at 2:00 and I still didn’t see the doctor I waited for 2 hours and then we left because they were very disrespectful when we asked what was going on and if we had to wait till they were done lunch when my appointment was at 1. The lady at the front desk said she was going to talk to the doctor but she never did she sat there the whole time talking on her cell phone.

Horrible, was referred for my son and has rescheduled appointments more than 3 times. This doctor has no consideration for your time and does not take appointments seriously. There’s a reason why they are called “appointments”. I feel bad for her receptionists bc they take the brunt of patient’s frustrations.

I’ve seen her 4 times, cannot find what’s wrong and just refuses to look any further. I have developed daily hives, so she has just told me “idiopathic this and that” and no follow ups are required. Then, states to call back if anything flares up. I’ve left three voicemails in three weeks and have heard nothing back considering I have hives every single day and they are progressing. I won’t be going back to this clinic or referring anyone here. Living with hives without any solution considering allergy meds are not working is incredibly disheartening. I am also a doctor myself, and this is unacceptable healthcare.
