I wanted to thank you all for sharing your knowledge with me to take home everyone who was involved in regaining confidence in myself and explaining how the body works and about my back especially. It helped remove a lot of fear I had of injuring myself further. And I am already using the equipment and instructions given to me by heather, who was a big help to me with my program and did diligence in everything she did with me each step of the way, both physically and mentally, I thank her for that also. I am still really impressed by what pure lifestyles can do for a person who is willing to commit to learning and working for it. I thank Evan for filling in for heather when needed and showing me how to do certain things properly and safely.And to Rebecca (the Jedi warrior) who demonstrated good tips to know.And to dr burron who alleviated some fears/concerns/worries and anxieties about my health. This medical clinic is a breath of fresh air! Dr. K is knowledgeable and compassionate. The receptionist are always happy and so helpful! I feel blessed to have found this place.

Visit to the MD started an action plan to get me back to normal. Ultrasound set up, physiotherapy assessment appointment made and nobody even mention drugs! Which was perfect because pills are the last thing needed or wanted.Staff were polite, intelligent, personable. The facility was clean and bright. I am so glad I came here. Looking forward to the end results.

My experience here was for rehabilitation after a surgery. The staff were incredible. From the front desk to the trainers in the gym. People were kind, friendly, helpful, and motivating. I wouldn't be where I am today without their help. The facility is awesome, turf field for running and sleds inside the gym, adequate weight, knowledgeable trainers....this place had it all. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thank you for everything :)

Felicia at pure lifestyle is an amazing massage therapist! Very thorough and knowledgeable on her approach to treating me, i use massage as a huge part of my recovery for my strongman training. I have found a perfect match with Felicia. I Highly recommend giving her a chance to work on you especially if you train your body hard like I do!Its my saving grace especially with all my previous injuries, she keeps me going.Call her and book today!!!

I worked with physiotherapist Sitha Soung. He was extremely knowledgeable in assessing and treating my back injury within a few sessions. He took the time to listen and provide recommendations that were considerate of my goals. I highly recommend seeing Sitha! In addition, the clinic space was clean, staff were friendly, and online booking was easy to use.

Felicia is hands down the most talented and effective massage therapist I have ever worked with. Her treatments leave me feeling relief and she always leaves me with some realistic next steps to improve my mobility between visits. She also has great taste in music and has such a pleasant bedside manner. I feel so lucky to have found Felicia!

I had surgery for a meniscus tear 13 weeks ago and was sent to Pure for physio. First off the facilities are fantastic. Great equipment and I always had a challenging but rewarding workout. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. A special thanks to Steve Moerman who was my physiotherapist. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, ensured I never overexerted myself and challenged me each session. Results far exceeded my expectations. Almost fully recovered, dropped a ton of weight and am stronger than I was before the tear. I highly recommend Pure and Steve.

Just finished my intensive 6 week workout sessions at Pure Life.Started at 2 hours a day and worked up to a gruelling 4 hours.A really great experience. The staff, especially Sitha and Heather were all great to work with.Highly recommended. 5 out of 5!!!!

Best physiotherapy clinic I've attended (and I've been to several). The therapists are top notch with lots of experience and ongoing continuing education. The facility is fantastic with plenty of equipment and space for exercise. Also, if you are a fan of acupuncture, they offer it on site and it's covered by your visit fee. Don't expect to be hooked up to some machine for 45 minutes at Pure: they offer a very hands-on approach (massage, etc.) paired with exercise routines that will get you moving as much and as quickly as is safe and effective for your recovery. It's a highly tailored process. This place got me back to my old self after a ski accident & knee surgery. I highly recommend!
