Dr. Anita Gallo & Associates

I've been going to Dr Anita Gallo for many years. She is very passionate and dedicated to her field! She's very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, has excellent communication skills with all of her patients, staff, sales reps and is down to earth.She takes her time and gives attention to her clients especially, those that may need extra care and have more health concerns such as with seniors. I would highly recommend Dr Gallo to anyone.

I really enjoy coming to Dr. Gallo & Associates for my yearly eye exam. The optometrists and staff are all very professional and helpful. I found the customer service and assistance in finding frames to be exceptional. They also have state of the art equipment for dry eyes and treat the root of the problem using IPL and RF treatments. These treatments have many other benefits such skin rejuvenation, treating rosacea, sunspots, acne and much more!

They are very expensive, charge almost twice for the same product that you can get anywhere in GTA. The receptionist, (blond lady) is kind of rude. I wouldn't recommend them....

Dr. Brenda Shaul was nice and professional during the eye exam. But I also needed new readers. The front desk lady would rush you as if you are holding her from more important work. The glasses were not adjusted at all to fit my face/nose/ears position. I guess the $800 bill for a pair of readers doesn't include that... My advice, make your expensive prescription eyeglasses somewhere else.

I have been suffering with dry eyes almost all my life; it has become worse in the past view years. Eye drops did not help very much.I am over joyed to have been treated for dry eyes. A laser process, that simply heats up your eye glands and releases any blockage that prevents your natural oils from lubricating your eyes. The process is quite soothing and relaxing. My eyes are happier and healthier…..Thank you Dr. Gallo ❤️

I have been going to doctor since she opened her practice. Dr. Gallo is very knowledgeable as an eye doctor and some who cares about her patients. I have been buying glasses since day one and her prices are very reasonable.

I was referred to Dr. Anita Gallo & Associates to get my eyes checked since I was having issues with my vision.My Experience was amazing and I would not go to any other office to get my eyes checked.Since the moment I went through the door, all stuff greet me and made me feel very comfortable.Then, I got my eyes checked by Dr. Anita Gallo and she is very knowledgeable and informative. I had MANY questions and she took the time to answer and explain everything I was concerned and curious about. I never felt rushed and she definitely guide me the right direction in terms of what I actually needed.Turns out I only needed glasses for when I am in front of my computer screen.If you need to get your eyes checked, Dr. Anita Gallo and Associates is the place to go!

3 months agoMy experiences have been fantastic! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Dr Gallo is an amazing doctor who really cares about her patients. The office also has a variety of glasses to choose from which I appreciated.

Dr. Pok was very nice and professional during the eye exam.but the front desk… I was told that my glasses were to be ready in 20-25minutes. When I returned in 25 minutes, my glasses were not ready and he was dealing with another client. I was also ignored and it was another 20 minutes before my glasses were worked on. My time is important and I feel like I was dealt with in a rude manner and unprofessional from Fahat...

My experience at Dr. Gallo & Associates has been amazing. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and they make it known they are there to help others and provide the best service possible! The prices are excellent, and there is a vast selection of glasses to choose from. Definitely recommend !!
