As a legal assistant, I have been utilizing Vision's services since they first opened in Nanaimo, and I have always received excellent customer service. And while I have never physically been in her office, I have heard from attendees that it is ideal for our discovery needs, and their Covid protocols are also top notch. Vision Reporting Services
We recently used the services of Vision Reporting to assist us with having witnesses testify via video conference from Nanaimo for a trial in New Westminster. Their responsiveness to requests and attention to detail were outstanding. We would highly recommend them if you need a location in Nanaimo from which a witness needs to testify remotely.

We needed help arranging for a witness on the island to testify in a court proceeding in New Westminster. Lori and her staff went above and beyond to make sure the experience was smooth and painless, including working with court services. Their service was professional, responsive, and outstanding. We could not have done our trial without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
