Brightview Dental

On behalf of my friend, I would like to thank the staff of Brightview Dental for giving her such wonderful care under such short notice.

Grossly unprofessional and they treated me like garbage. I'd get better care ripping my tooth out myself.. disgusting!! Shame!!!Anyone going here I'd recommend finding somewhere else. Their Dr shot me with adrenaline by an accident" at an appointment I had. Watch for the Dr with dark hair and two women in the front with blonde hair. They prescribed me meds that caused my hives and then refused me service when I couldn't find my paper work for OW right away. They are the reason I'm even unwell and having to take steroids and they can't help me until I get home and send them my slip? I'm on OW. I'm not rich. Just goes fo show what your true interest in this this profession is NOT the patients!!! It's the $$$$$!!"

I am a client who drives from London to Strathroy and I went in for my cleaning appointment today. They took me to the back, did X-rays, dentist checked my teeth and said “all good, when was your last cleaning?” I said 9 months ago- dentist said I should book one soon and left the room. I asked the other lady in the room what about my cleaning today and the women said.. ya I saw you were booked for one and I mentioned that to the dentist but there is no hygienist booked today. I spoke with the receptionist upon leaving asking why no one text me to inform me or why I was not informed prior to getting X-rays done and she played up that she thought someone would have called me. I have always been communicated through text from BrightView and I have zero texts regarding no hygienist nor did they say she called in sick today. This place is a complete money grab and are not honest - I would not recommend.

Excellent customer service from the initial emails to front desk to the dental appointment. The dentist was clear to point out the major issues and let us know the minor ones. He was great with my kids so they were not nervous.

First went here when my front bridge fell out and theirs was the only dentist office I could find that would see me on the weekend. “Dr. David” is wonderful- he made a replacement right there and then which looked better than the original. Personable, professional and pleasant staff. I live in London and it is worth the drive!

Worst dentist i’ve been to so far. they didn’t use numbing gel the first time they tried to fix my tooth.they also charged me TWICE saying it was already covered on the last bill then charged me again.they cut open the side of my lip twice and when i couldn’t open my mouth cause how bad the wound was she then proceeded to use her finger and stretch my mouth out towards the cut making it worse when i left. definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

All the staff that looked after me did a amazing job. Really made me feel so comfortable as I always was scared of the dentist. But going here really changed things thank you so much for getting me through this to get my new teeth

The dentist here lacks knowledge, skill, and consideration for his patients. Enjoys over charging people and diagnosing improperly. Will not be returning and will be going out of my way to tell others to stay away from Brightview Dental in Strathroy.Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else for dental needs.Update: it's been 1 year and I haven't heard back from them, even though they said they'd reply in 2 days.

I absolutely love this dental office. Dr. Dawid is patient, even when I become a wimp around freezing needles (doesn’t hurt; just my mind preparing for it to hurt) When I was handed the mirror at the end of my appointment I cried tears of joy with how good my front teeth look. Thank you to everyone in the office!

My experience with my dental hygiene appt was great. Best experience to date, the knowledge and care in this office was the best!
