Pizza looked and smelled good, but after taking a few bites noticed it was slightly undercooked, found multiple hairs, and even a few pieces of plastic from food wrappers. Unsanitary.

The pizza's not fancy, but it's a great price for a lunch on the fly. One time I forgot to bring change for tax, and I felt terrible. These guys said don't worry about it, you'll be back tomorrow and we'll handle it then. Apparently they keep tabs for regulars all the time. But I wasn't a regular, I was just an idiot thirty cents short. That kind of trust and respect for customers goes beyond expectations and it deserves to be rewarded.

Love them. Love everything about them. This is my go-to neighbourhood spot when I can't be arsed to cook. Their pizzas are always very generously topped, food is always hot, fast and fresh. I get take-out because I'm embarrassed to order delivery living so close. :)I've never had any issues with incorrect orders or mistakes.Cant beat the price, and the employees are super friendly.

I would not recommend this pizza for the price. The dough is like cardboard. If it were considerably cheaper it would be worth it, but for what they charge, the pizza is stale and boring.

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese with a donair sauce tonight. I picked it up and the reception I got at the store was good, friendly service, if not slightly in your face. The price was good, the pizza was just okay. It was doughy with acidic canned sauce. The flavor was almost nonexistent. Would have been much better if it was cooked longer. For a place rated so highly I expected much better.

I do not normally post reviews, as I do not wish to damage a business’s reputation. This however is a major health concern, and we were dismissed when we contacted the store to report it. Last weekend my best friends daughter purchased a take out order from this establishment. There were numerous items in the order, which were perfectly fine, however the item in question was a chicken burger/sandwich. Once eaten, within a couple hours, my friend became violently ill. She spent 24 hrs in emergency for salmonella poisoning. As of today a week later, she is still vomiting. We contacted the store at the request of the hospital to warn them their chicken was bad...we were dismissed. To be clear we are not now or ever looking for money or product...we want them to take responsibility for there food handling which clearly is deficient. I strongly suggest no one order chicken products from this restaurant.

I had enjoyed this place a few times for bargain priced pizza. I went in about the day before New Year's Eve and there was only one lady covering the back and front. She was busy. I bought a large pepperoni pizza to share with my mother at Northwood. 25% of the pizza had no topping. Not even cheese!VERY disappointed. Likely will not go back.

While the pizza itself was alright, my bill was 5.50 and the cashier put 6.00$ on my (debit) bill without notifying me. I remember him asking me if I was from around here (which I wasn't) before putting the amount in, and that he sneakily held it so I couldn't look at the screen while I was tapping.I was trustworthy enough to think that an establishment wouldn't try to shamelessly steal from their customers so I didn't double check it, lesson learned.. Only saw it when I reviewed my charged after I got back home the next day. It might only be 50 cents, but that's about as duplicitous as I've ever seen a storeowner be. Would give 0 stars if I could.
