Wayne installed a new window and went above and beyond to get the job completed working extra hours. Very fair priced compared to the competition. Would highly recommend for any glass installations.

I ordered a large glass panel for my glass shower stall over a month ago because mine was broken. Scott Wright handled my order from start to finish, and I am highly pleased and satisfied with his exceptional service. Even though I bought the glass only and installed it myself, Scott made sure that the new glass would fit by carefully checking the measurements I had taken and gave me many insightful tips on the installation, without which I would not have been able to install the glass properly. As his insightful and intelligent advice proved and as his 30 years of experience shows, he is one of the best in his profession in Metro Vancouver. Not only is Scott Wright one of the best at what he does, but he is also a genuinely kind person. More importantly though, he is highly responsible because he rejected the first glass that was incorrectly manufactured by his supplier and informed me as such.

Candu Glass did an exceptional job. I had a break in a day before I left for Europe. I called another company who came out (on a Sunday) and after requesting for them to install a laminate glass, installed a cheap glass which was a liability for me and my business! I left for EU, and Candu Glass came a few days later, replaced the cheap glass with laminate glass + provided me with the mail slot that the other company did not for half the quoted price of the other company. Candu was professional, efficient and communicated with me the entire time. If you ever have to call a glass company, I would recommend Candu Glass - locally owned and operated! I just needed a sach balance for my hung window. I have search all around vancouver and nobody can help me. But Carrie at Candu glass was most helpful. All other places in Vancouver wants to send a technician to fix my window and charge me $100+ while I know I just need the parts. With Candu, they help me to find the right part. I save money because I just need to pick up the parts from them. I think this is the only place in Vancouver offer such kind of help.

Painless to work with and great service. The turnaround on creating and installing my custom panel was great! They worked with my heat pump install timeline and the availability of different contractors and my work schedule. Installer made sure I got what I needed. Very happy with the results and process.

We had dropped off 2 console tables to have the glass replaced. They had given us 2 quotes and long story short, 1.5 months later we picked them up and the results were terrible. They had originally told us that it will be ready in a few days.We had to get them re-done by another glass dealer. On top of it, I was charged double than what was quoted and when we had picked them up, they were still all taped up, glue everywhere and dust covered on both of them. The lady there was very embarrassed that the owner didnt have them ready and we had to clean them ourselves in the warehouse. Yes, customers had to clean them up over there before loading them up in our vehicle. When I confronted the owner with this complaint, he sent me a photo of a coffee chiller and didn't even apologize at all. Only excuses. Worst ever treatment by any company I have ever experienced. Please trust me and go elsewhere. It simply isn't worth the experience dealing with these guys. I bet the 5 stars that you see on his website are done by himself.

The company fixed my broken window and did a good job. The price was fair and the staff was very patient and informative. I would recommend them.

I had a custom mirror built and installed in my washroom a few months ago. Originally I wanted a different style but after listening to their recommendations I went with what they suggested and it looks great. Price was reasonable. Turnaround time good and installation was quick.
