Great martial arts academy to attend. There's a nice mix of activities, ranging from martial arts to tricking, and several disciplines to choose from. I have been lucky to be an instructor that has shared this place for 4 years.

I love the energy of the class. It’s more than a workout/ martial art, it’s culture, music and sense of community. I felt very welcomed as a beginner and supported at my level from the teachers and more advanced students. I would recommend to all ages

I have nothing but great things to say about here! Great atmosphere and great company. Learning capoeira was slightly intimidating at first but Mike, Emily, and the rest of the class are a supportive group who make you feel right at home. They take the time to build you up and get the best out of you. On top of having great exercise and making good friends, you get the chance to learn traditional capoeira instuments and learn about the culture, allowing you to have a new appreciation for this art form. The experience is top notch and anyone should be proud to be part of this group!
