I was at the store today to pick up some treats for my dogs and the service I received was fantastic. What really made me upset and angry, is the way the groomer was yelling at a dog that was whining and barking. The door was closed to the grooming area but you could here her yelling and getting super frustrated. I understand that barking and whining can be annoying, but as a groomer, you should understand that not all dogs are comfortable being groomed and they might be anxious. I literally almost walked out because I couldn't listen to her yelling at this dog. Yelling at a dog that's anxious won't calm the dog down... I know I would never want my dog to be groomed by someone like this.

Always have fantastic service from Julie the owner, Laurie and everyone else here. Tammy the groomer is also wonderful with my nervous dog Jasper. He always looks so amazing after his grooming.Tammy takes the time to listen to what you want done and always exceeds my expectations. Cannot say enough great things about our experiences here.

I’ve been a customer for a while, the employees are always very kind. But after my most recent interactions I won’t be back at times I’ve seen the owner act really rude to her staff but recently she was very condescending and rude to me when I tried to return expired product I had bought a week prior. The product expired in 2020!!! Check the products you buy from this place!!!. My other issue is that more then once I’ve heard the groomer yelling at the dogs in the back to be quiet.

My favourite pet store in the city! Great service, attentive staff who are super helpful in finding the perfect items and food for your pet. My dog also loves joining me on our visits to get lots of pets and treats. Getting a nail trim here too is a breeze when they get it done quickly and properly.

This is my go-to neighborhood pet store for my rabbit. The prices are always reasonable with great service. They always give me some treats woth purchase as well.

I've come in multiple times over the last few months and every time the bucket of spray millet has been a mashed up mess of broken stems with no usable product and today I found large clumps of animal hair in it.

Tammy is a very friendly groomer, it was reasonable priced and he looked amazing when he was done. My dog was amazing with Tammy and he came out very happy. He did take 5 hours to be done but looks absolutely amazing, I will be returning.
