The food was burnt and tasted sour and stale. We had very important guests coming to our house. Then we went to return the food. They were not ready to accept it and started blaming it on us. On top of all these things, the owner conveyed the msg through the front desk girl to not order food again from them. It was disappointing. I would appreciate if they would try owning their services and keep it professional.If the customer comes to pick up the order late then its the restaurant’s responsibility to keep the food hot and under proper holding units. We pay you the money for the food and your service. Unfortunately, if there is any complaint you need to accept it and try to be better rather than avoiding to take the responsibility.

I recently dined at your restaurant in Winnipeg and ordered the tandoori chaap. However, I was served the malai chaap instead. When I asked the waiter about the dish, one confirmed that it was indeed malai chaap, while another denied it. When I spoke to the chef, he initially confirmed that it was malai chaap, but changed his statement when I mentioned that I had ordered tandoori chaap.I was disappointed with this experience as I had specifically ordered the tandoori chaap and the dish I was served did not meet my expectations. The menu clearly states that malai chaap has a malai sauce on top, and when I asked the chef about it, he said that it was simply an omission on the menu.While the food itself was decent, the service and confusion surrounding my order left me feeling dissatisfied. As a customer, I expect to receive what I order, and I feel that my concerns were not adequately addressed.I hope that in the future, your staff can communicate more effectively and ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly

Writing this review while sitting here right now for dine in . We ordered , paneer tikka masala , mushroom do pyaza, roti and laccha parantha . Laccha parantha came totally cold and when we asked to remake it they completely refused . We said why would we pay for cold food. They are unwilling to take it back either .The other food is also below average with no salt in mushroom do pyaza.This restaurant is NOT RECOMMENDED .

The food was amazing, very yummy Indian Chinese food. We had Schezwan chicken noodles and veg fried rice. Reasonable prices and a lot of quantity. However, we had to wait for over 50 minutes for our order so call them and order in advance for pick up or even for dine-in. We got free dessert for the delay and the food was very satisfying so it was worth the wait.

We regularly come here but this time we waited more then 1 hour for our food to come and it wasn’t busy either. We paid $3 for this much salad asked to call manager but there was no one available to fix it. Will expect better customer service from next time!

This place is amazing !! I love their food, butter chicken, biryanis, rotis and everything is at reasonable prices and the taste is so delicious. They sell absolutely fresh dishes and sweets, especially jalebis! I recommend this place if you wanna have outstanding indian cuisine!

A hidden gem. That's what I would call this place. This place offers a great range of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian cuisine. The flavor and aroma of the food is really great. It was as close of an Indian food I have tasted in Winnipeg. Their Kulchas are so appetizing and the serving is huge and the prices well as genuine as they can be. Our group tried their Chole Bhature, Panter Kulcha, Chicken Noodles and Fish Pakora. All of these items were just upto the point. The kulchas had so much stuffing plus the plating which made it feel like a home made meal. I was really impressed. Even their tea is really great. Their dine in place is also quite huge so you can relax and have a good meal. I will definitely try more things from their menu. A must go Indian place.
