I want to thank you for the care and advice. I was moving my 99 year old Mom. It was my first time engaging a moving company. I had a lot of questions. I got prompt and practical answers. The lads who arrived to move her were on time, efficient and pleasant. I'd use Hugo's again and I'll recommend them to others.

I have moved several times as an adult. I can recommend Hugo's Moving without hesitation. I found them professional, personal, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make my province to province move as easy as possible for a senior citizen... excellent value!

We moved into a new home last weekend and Hugo's handled all of the heavy lifting very well. A very professional team throughout our experience from booking to completion. Because ours was a new home build, we had to delay our move in date twice, and Amanda was incredibly flexible and helpful accommodating our request. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time, ready to go, and full of energy. They were very careful with the new house, laid down lots of blankets and covers, and worked very efficiently. I would not hesitate for a second referring Hugo's to anyone!

What professional attitude and gentle care from the team that did so much work for me today! Living on the fourth floor of my condo added such deliberate planning to each trip to the moving van. Yet, both Arnold and Kyle demonstrated nothing but positive determination throughout the entire process. They wrapped all items with such care and accepted my call for help to dispose of a mattress. I highly recommend Hugo's Moving!

A delay in writing this review but still wanted to leave one. My mother passed away and left me some furniture and itemsI didn't have room for in my current apartment. I hired Hugo Movers to move these items to a storage unit for me temporarily. The girl at the office and the movers were Great and got the job done. I will be moving to a larger apartment very soon and plan to use them to move my apartment and the storage unit. Once this is done and settled I have 3 more storage units I will need emptied and brought over. Plan to use Hugo's for those moves as well. Very happy with every aspect of the move.
