Not Impressed.I drove 1/2 an hour because they were supposed to put an IV in my mother. I phoned in advance to confirm and they never called me back so I assumed it was still on. Wrong! Got to the nursing home and they said they called them and canceled! I never got a call to say it was off. I drove 1 hour total for nothing!

At the hospital doctors and nurses told us nurse would come to our home everyday. First day home from hospital get a call saying nurse will not be coming, must go to their clinic. We did get a nurse to come twice but the nurse was slovenly and inappropriate behaviour was observed they never called or showed up again. Where is the accountability?our tax dollars at work. You are terrible

Terrible service. They were supposed to send a nurse everyday to check on my father, but they only showed up once. They state that they will send a nurse over, but the nurse never shows up. They then proceed to tell you that they are short staffed and that was the reason for the nurse not being able to make it. Why tell the patient that you will send someone over when they the nurses themselves do not even show up? If you're short staffed, tell the patient that you are short staffed and that the nurse may not be able to come to see you. Four out of five times we were told they would send someone over and only once did the nurse show up. My father had to go into emergency twice because the nurse did not show up like they said they would. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Not very impressed ....had surgery yesterday and have drainage tubes...this care center was to check stitches and drain tubes...They called this morning and I was told someone would be out today...when no one showed by 430pm I called again and was told they would be out later as i was switched to 2nd shift...I called again to get a time at 6.30pm....when a not so friendly or caring person told me they where short staffed..and they only got my paper work this morning and was NOT EVEN SCHEDULED FOR TODAY..I TOLD HER MY TUBES WHERE NOW FULL AND SHE TOLD ME...WELL MAM WE ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE! Not nice al all! I am adding to my review after I had e nurses I really liked and where kind and understanding...I also had a lady who answered phones and although again they where short staffed and no nurses for 4days...she went out of her way to bring me new dressings ...bandadges so my daughter and I changed my own dressings..My nurse again came and removed my drain tubes..she was excellent and understanding..I faint easily and often take seizers ....she was awesome and I did not faint..she was kind and patient with me...so do to 1 bad apple at the desk I give the nurses 5 stars...But they really need to hire more nursing staff...thanks to my awesome nurses...and the 1 sweet lady who answed the phone.

Explained we had issues in the past with another nursing service, wanted a nurse who was experienced in starting an iv catheter for antibiotic. Needed a restart and had to wait for on call nurse to start shift yeah they asked her to start early but still had to wait for her to come from Windsor to county and she got there around 11:00 pm and had hard time finding a vein to use and by the time I've was complete it was close to midnight and he had to get up at 5:30 am for work truck driving So we set up standing appointment in case restart was needed. They sent a man whose done maybe 50 he tried 4 times then said we can only try a set number of times then have to call in someone else. When I called office there response was we have to wait till other nurse done all appointments before they can come out. Nothing was said to our office you require someone who specializes in starting iv's. They are all trained. If he wants he can go to emerg. How long do they think he'd be there waiting

This is the worst service I've ever seen. How would you like it if was one of your loved ones. No call no shows. Just leave the poor man in a bed like seriously. If you're a short staff I understand but you got to make it work, I work in customer service. I understand about storage staff but I still have to run my business , and then when I call they tell me there's no supervisors available. You guys still get paid for this service to come out to check on my father , I would never recommend you guys to anybody

Terrible health care provider. Avoid at all costs. My Mother was left to rely on the hospital for care because they do not show up and they use the excuse we are under staffed". Anyone who works for them should be ashamed!"

Terrible terrible terrible service .Please dont believe a word from what the nurse coordinators tell you. Very unprofessionel.

Very disrespectful staff. I do not even work there and the recruiter got mad at me for taking on another job meanwhile I didn't hear back from them a whole entire week! I had never felt so judged in my life before! I also heard from other people having the same problem with the same recruiter! I think it's time to find better!

They change the doctors protocol. They just don't show up when it suits them saying they don't have anyone to send.
