Altima Annex Dental Centre

The Altima Annex team consists of wonderful, kind and compassionate folks who happens to be excellent at what they do. My experience with this team, especially with Minil, Apple and Dr. Farrahi, has only been positive. I highly recommend them so go and get in touch with them so you can get that healthy smile you deserve!

Fantastic basic cleaning session with Katie/Katy. Very good advice given and will be coming back for sure.Edit: A little inflexible when it comes to last minute changes. I understand it is policy but the handling of the situation was a little blunt.

The entire staff at Altima Annex are wonderful. Whether I just need a cleaning, or something more serious they are extremely professional and gentle. Even when I was frustrated about money (when my insurance for the year ran out) they were patient and kind. I’ve been going to this clinic for about ten years and have only good things to say.

Tried to pressure me into a decision regarding my retainer and the difference of several hundred dollars because they had another patient coming in. Also were not giving me the full picture with the two treatment options and I had to ask multiple times for explanations behind how they would work and how much they would cost. Then did not listen to me when I explained I had a new benefits plan that they did not have on file - after I clarified this 3 times to them. Got up and walked out. Will not be returning. This was my third appointment at the clinic. Disappointed that I will have to find somewhere else to go, but not worth the nonsense they just put me through. Do not go here. Best part was they sent me an email prompting me to write a review - so here it is Altima!

I had such a great experience here with the staff. I am absolutely terrified of the needles and drills but they made me feel so comfortable. I feel more confident to go to the dentist because of this experience.

This place ruined my teeth and my wallet. I rarely write reviews but I want to warn you. I started going here last year because it was open on weekends and near my apartment - I deeply regret it. During my first appointment, the dentist convinced me to get a cosmetic procedure. It turns out, it was very expensive AND she was not even qualified to do it. My teeth broke within 2 weeks and I had to return to them every month for them to try fix it. But they never could. I have since moved away and now I'm left front teeth are so damaged, I'm too embarrassed to even smile with an open mouth anymore. I'll need to get veneers thanks to them.I wanted to like this place. They were nice in the beginning. But they knew I was a struggling and uninsured, and still hustled me. I regret trusting them - now I'm a couple thousand dollars poorer and my (previously nice) smile is now a disaster.Avoid this place is you can; if you can't, be very wary.

The staff are very friendly and professional with good communication throughout my experience. Dr. Farrahi and Apple did a great job, and always made sure I feel comfortable. My hygienist, Katie was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She was very fast and comforting. Not to mention Bahru who always tried to find the best time to accommodate my busy schedule. Overall, exceptional service.

All the staff at Altima Dental are very helpful and friendly. I came on a wrong day for my appointment, but Bharu accommodated me and arranged my wisdom teeth extraction right away. Dr Farrahi did such a great job, and Apple did too. My extraction went fast and smoothly.Highly recommend Katie for your dental hygienist. She is superb!!! My cleaning sessions were extremely comfortable!
