I order over the phone a lady to bring water for my pool to make a right level for open the pool. It’s my first year for open the pool and I ask that lady if she knows the water level to open the pool. She said yes and poured water to my pool. The pool service guys came and ask me to put more water coz the level is not right for open . The lady charge me $235 and I called her to bring little more water to make that level (not for free) and she was very rude with me and saying go for another company to bring the water. What a disgusting service and bad behaviour. I definitely not recommend this company to my friends and family.

I’ve had A&P supply my water for my hot tub fill every year for more than 5 years now. Great service, quick, efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Called about getting some water because my well was getting really low. First was told that they were booked up until the following Saturday which was fine but then the secretary inquired about where our home was located in Peterborough, upon giving our address I was then answered “we are not going to help you out because of where we live” first off we have only lived in our home for a year and a half I’m not sure if and when this company has ever had a bad experience with the previous home owners but it was quite shocking and it left me feeling pretty upset that we as in customers and potentially future customers in choosing A&P were rejected for services without even an explanation as to why our home would not be serviced!!!! If you are looking for water services for in and around Peterborough and surrounding areas I strongly recommend that you look somewhere else if not for the ignorance and lack of professionalism when dealing with the public but for not even giving us the time of day period.......

3rd time in 3 years calling A&P.Always easy to book deliveries with, pleasant and easy-going, punctual and flexible with number of truck loads needed.Also the drivers are always entertaining and easy to talk to!!Would recommend to anyone!!!

Had to cancel delivery of water as sand didn't get delivered Saturday for putting up pool. Lady on phone very good to talk to and yes I am going to get them to deliver the water once the pool is up
