Great Canadian Oil Change

Always fast, thorough and reliable. Been coming to this location ever since its open. Always the same attitude and often the same employees. Tells me, that they have a good management. I'll be back!

Disappointed they don’t do tire change on rims. Can’t believe it, it’s such a simple task. Would be great that while I get an oil change they could also change my tires but it’s like they don’t want to work.

I'll expand a little on my first 5-star experiences (most recently, 8 months ago):The tech checked my tire pressure without asking. He checked the air filter and offered to check the cabin air filter. He checked and topped up the windshield washer fluid. He washed my windshield. He was engaged and involved. For my benefit, he talked his way through what he was checking, and why, which built my confidence. He showed interest in the car, from a maintenance perspective. He noticed details. His boots never stopped moving in order to provide best-possible service.I was more than happy to offer a cash tip both times as I was leaving, because that team, with that tech representing them, had earned it.I left feeling like I had made a pit stop, like my car had been in the hands of caring professionals.Original review (8 months ago):I’ll never go anywhere else.The service is outstanding.Thanks Slade and Team for helping care for my car.

My experience was with technician named, AL.I have had dubious oil change experiences in the past, however AL was honest with what my vehicle needed (a luxury SUV that had been sitting in a forest for two years). He provided a helpful timeline to conduct a low-price oil flush & then a follow up synthetic fill. Would trust & recommend him at this location again.

I have always gone to my dealership for servicing but say no more, I will be back! I was recommended to go here because of their fast and efficient service, that was very much true. The workers here seem like very honest people and do a “show and tell” to back their recommendations. I also realized these mechanics were truly honest when I was told my cabin filter was still in good condition, that’s when I knew they weren’t trying to upsell. And thank you to the mechanic who resolved an issue I had with starting my car before I left, I almost went bald trying to figure out what was going on with my car.

The ex wife tried to get her tansmission fluid changed. Their tech put the shorter rear bolts in the front and vice versa and cracked the transmission housing. They tried to blame me (someone who has rebuilt multiple of those trans...) and refused to pay for their damages. We had to find a junkyard transmission and swap it out ourselves due to their negligence.For a job the requires little to no actual skill. You would think they would have someone there that actually knows what they are doing to inspect for quality control... I can not stress enough how bad their business ethic is.

I have a new to me vehicle, and before, oil changes were just done as part of the routine service when I took it into the garage for regular maintenance. I kept getting messages on my dashboard that my oil had to be changed, so I got a little concerned. I don’t have a regular mechanic, and as a female have experienced a lot of rudeness from guys in shops so it makes me a bit nervous. At first I didn’t realize where I was supposed to put my car, but eventually I understood. I drove in and within 10 minutes I was in having the oil changed by two very friendly and efficient guys. They explained everything and checked my tires and checked fluids and my windshield wipers, etc. very good service and I will go there again for sure. Those two guys do a really good job.

Very professional oil change service. No need for booking an appointment. I just showed up and got the oil change done instantly. They even changed the wipers and checked everything else thoroughly. I felt satisfied with their service. Definitely going back again.

Good prices, good quick service. Depending on the technician you get your experience will vary as mine has but it's always been pretty good. I took a new to me used truck in for an oil change and found out basically every fluid needed to be done, legitimately. A guy I think was the owner brought me over some coupons to help bring the cost down. Much appreciated.
