They really outdid themselves with the packaging!I ordered pre-installed winter tires on rims from 1010tires. Last time I ordered from them is over 12 years ago and I don't remember much. This time the packaging blew me away. To protect the finish on the rims, there is a foam pad as well as a round cardboard. All tightly packaged using thick polyester cord. The tires are inflated to the specs of my car (I checked each one). And the delivery showed up early than expected! I am happy I did not buy the delivery insurance, I don't see why I need given the packing.The only complaint (not related to the retailer) I have is with the lug nut covers on the ART rims, which are so tight that included pry tool is not strong enough to do the job. Though I did get four of the tools. I guess the manufacturer knows they will get bent. So why not include a stronger tool?

Shame they blew an almost perfect experience. Went to pickup my wheels and have them installed. Technician said my current tires are very old and wont last another season. I think they did this thinking I wasn't a car guy. Tried to sell me new tires, not knowing I installed current tires BRAND NEW only 2mths before, and they had 98% tread still. I didn't tell them this but kept questioning their assessment and they said more lies tires weren't made for this car" and "even the logo is faded". Both were complete lies

Ordered from 1010tires online a few times already and have had a good experience every time. They ship the wheel and tires packaged in a well protected setup so it arrives safely at your home (if you choose home delivery).Customer service was great they doubled checked that the wheels would clear the brakes. Highly recommend using them.

Thank you Steve for all help with choosing right rims.i had excellent experience. I ordered rims one day, received a call next day that they are ready. I brought my own tires. Installation was quick. The most important part was customer service. It was 5 out of 5. Excellent team.

Everyone here is extremely professional and they really know their stuff. Bought my rims here at a good price and got them installed in literally 40min. Fantastic service.

Got the item real quick. Its just that I need to pick up on Mississauga location because when I ordered online theres a $70+ shipping fee in my location or on the nearest installation location. When I arrived at store at Mississauga, the guy on store told me in could be only $1.xx to ship but in didn’t show that when I ordered. Its a little bit far from my location in Toronto going to their store. But so far so good. Please update the website if its free shipping then it should be free shipping. Thank you.

The guys at 1010 Tire did everything they could to balance my new tires. They found that 2 of the tires wore defective from the manufacturer and started the warranty process right away. After getting two new tires everything is nice and smooth again.Will definitely return to this shop.Thanks you

First time client. Being in Ontario I was a little hesitant ordering tires online from the other end of the country. No need to be hesitant. The entire transaction was smooth and trouble free. Imagine, my tires had to be shipped from BC and I picked them up in Mississauga in about a week....just great!!

This was my first time getting aftermarket wheels and the guys there have been very helpful, friendly and efficient! I was just there to pick up and mount the wheels onto the tires for installing later myself. I was planning on using the original lug nuts that came with the car, but they immediately realized that my lug nuts won't work for the new wheels and showed me that they won't fit. After which they offered a different set. This has saved me a lot of hassle and time when it came to mounting the tires onto the car, because I would have only realized this mid tire swap and would have had to order/pick-up different lug nuts. Definitely would recommend 1010Tires!

Replaced my stock tires. Ordered online and shipped to the store to install. Excellent job. Thanks. Will come back when I need to replace my winter tires.
