Pharmasave River Run Compounding Pharmacy

The staff quoted $87 for the medication I went in to buy. They said it was because they had to compound it. I didn't buy it, went over to the Shopper's across the street and got the same medication for $23, and they had to compound it as well! I am not going to River Run Pharmacy again, ever.

The Pharmacist and Assistants here are extremely rude. They did not disclose that my medication would expire in just ONE month until I was about to pay. When I confronted them that this information was withheld from me, the pharmacist dismissed me and said that I did not remember or hear the assistant

I was referred to this pharmacy from another one that couldn't do the compounding required. To their credit, I received a call from them regarding the prescription promptly. However, the representative/pharmacist repeatedly talked over my questions regarding the meds, quoted me a price I later learned was higher than necessary, and said they would not bill my insurance company directly (I would have to pay upfront and then file a claim with my insurance company to get reimbursed).

Today was my first time going to River Run Pharmacy to fill up a compounding prescription. They had amazing staff and provided remarkable service. I also found their prices reasonable when compared to other stores. Definitely one of the best pharmacies in the GTA!

Amazing staff. The pharmacists and the assistants are so nice and really care about you. They are always helpful if you have questions, prescriptions are always ready in a reasonable time. Don't really see this kind of service anymore. Thank you guys for always being so helpful!

I was recommended to use this compounding pharmacy when Shoppers wasn't able to fill a prescription that I had. I have later found out that this pharmacy charged me THREE times more than Hoopers Compounding Pharmacy for the exact same prescription. I will not be back to River Run ever again. Along with their inflated prices they also had bad customer service.

Horrible customer service!! And they are very rude. On multiple occasions I called in to get my refills, they tell me to come on in 30 mins from the call. I go in later that day to only find out there is nothing there and that they didn't fill any prescription out for me. All 3 times they tried to put the blame back on me as if I didn't call the right place or they didn't get my call.I do not recommend anyone giving there business here. Spend your money at a pharmacy that cares.

I had less than 20 minutes to have a prescription sent from my old pharmacy and they MADE SURE I got everything for the day. They are so caring!! They really enjoy their jobs, also it's alot cheaper than most pharmacies in the area I am a new customer but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. So happy I found this pharmacy!

This is not our usual pharmacy. Went here for a compound prescription. That I could not find in Brampton. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and caring. They went above and beyond to help get our prescription filled. They even offered to stay late so we could pick it up. Would recommend Pharmasave River Run Compounding Pharmacy to anyone.

I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies in the past and had some great and bad experiences throughout the years. I spoke with Mika, and i hope i spelled her named correctly, and if I didn't, please forgive me. I have been dealing with the same health issues since Aug of this year, and my doctor has not yet figured out what medical treatment to use. I have been prescribed 4 creams and the 3rd one my body didn't react to it well and left me in a lot of pain and discomfort so now I am picking up the 4th one and hopefully this will solve the issue. So to jump ahead i spoke with Mika yesterday she went beyond and above with finding out which issues could have sparked the reaction. she spent a good 20-25 mins on the phone with me trying to see what the issues were. She had to call me back to get some more information gathered. She called me back in around 10 mins or so. We spoke further. So tomorrow I will pick up the new meds and hope for the best. The point of this was the amazing service I received, she didn't have to spend this much time with me, but she did , and she showed that she cares about her patients.
